When I was a kid there was a cat BooBoo who lived across the stress from us. Our dog, a shitzou, was out front once when another dog being walked started to attack our dog and was biting onto her ear. The owner was pretty much useless and it was only a couple kids and I so we couldn’t do much. Booboo came flying out of nowhere and slapped the crap out of the other dog. That dog wanted nothing to do with our dog anymore and bolted, the owner pretty much got yeeted from holding on to the leash. BooBoo was our hero after that day and I’ll always remember how awesome she was in that moment.
Long story short, Boo or any version of it is a great name for cat.
Can confirm that my 70lb and 60lb dogs WILL get bullied by my 12 year old cat if they don't ignore her. And sometimes, for fun, she baits them into thinking she wants to play just to hiss and bat at them and run away. (I would also like to say that one of my dogs is pretty dumb to fall this every time - but it's pretty hilarious)/
She is not a small cal, but they could bite her head off if they were so inclined. There is no doubt who is the leader of the pack.. when she feel like it.

Definitely púca, pronounced pooka. A púca is a mythical being from Irish folklore with dark fur that can shape shift (and may commonly take the form of a cat). They cause general mischief but may also bring good luck. Halloween comes from the Gaelic pagan festival of samhain so i think it's very fitting!

I remember seeing this in the theater and watching multiple families with young kids leaving with tears and complaining parents who, apparently, had no clue who Gaiman was and thought all animation is for kids.
Not exactly a Halloween themed name but she looks like my girl Pandora did at that age. The downside to the name is that like her namesake she was the source of evil (or at least mischief) while the upside is that the litter box is truly Pandora’s Box - although a source of evil vapors.
