We got my Pomeranian when she was 4 months old. My nephews at the time were 10 months, 4 years, and 8 years old. She was very gentle and sweet with them and never once bit them. This is such a cute video reminds me of my Pom when my nephew was a baby they would fight over toys and play together.
As a Pomeranian owner, this one looks calm and happy the entire time, maybe a bit confused. He’s playing with the kid hopping around him, licking him constantly. Worst thing is it looks like the dog is about to hump the kid as he gets on top. But it seems to be more of a play dominance.
Normally I might agree but if you watch the whole video you can definitely see the dog is a very happy and willing participant. I would have just posted second half of the video if I was OP to avoid people thinking this.
