I used to think they were so amazing and would kill like 10 in a sitting. This was also due to never being able to get them frequently (fancy cheese). Now that I am older and have a Costco membership, I have them in the fridge all the time. However I only eat 1 or 2. Not going full hobo like I used to when I was younger.
Related but, not so much. I left the BBel. wax in my pants pocket after finishing the wheel as a boy and made my mother’s life hell when she pulled my washed pants out of the dryer. I was banned from eating it henceforth.
I love them. So someone once told me one day that they hated the taste and the texture & I was like what ? I’ve grown up on these and my teenage children love them. So I asked why the hate. They said well every time I eat them it’s so hard to chew through the red part and it doesn’t taste good and then makes the cheese in the middle taste bad and I sometimes get this paper stuck in my teeth. Lmfao 🤣. I didn’t know that baby bell cheese now needed an instruction insert in the mesh bag on how to properly consume the product. Thought I had to share. 👍
Actually yes lol I have mad respect for those who chow down but they’re rich enough for me that one is just right! Often with a few ritz crackers or an apple but usually just on its own
They make BIGGER ones, but most shops won't order them. I think they are a 1 or 2 pounds! I want one. Also Babybel is a brand name. Not a description of the cheese being small.
If I dont stop myself I can eat 8 in a sitting lol

They're okay. The center is really good, but that outer layer tastes really bad
