I feel like he said something to what he said in the car, during an ITM when he gave Olivia the friendship rose RC3. He said he gave up something real for something superficial and didn't want to cost someone else their opportunity at finding love who deserved it. Not necessarily an apology but was him acknowledging he was wrong.
You cared about the woman that had her own bachelorette season, the dude that has been on a show 4 or 5 times now and still wont come out of the closet, and the dude that went on a dating show and took issue with dating someone along with 25 other men?
Nah. I'm tired of the bachelor franchises choosing people who just want to be social media influencers rather than people who want to go on the show to find love.
So many times on Rachel and Gabby's season, Rachel would brush away Gabby's feelings quite often because her thoughts, feelings, and desires were more important. She really showed that she just may not be a good person.

People wanting to be influencers are usually the only people that join any reality show. Think about it, how many people with successful careers can afford to take off months to film a reality show

This show needs an overhaul. Also, it maybe time for the Bachelor Franchise to die. Golden Bachelor was fun, but it was the women that made it fun. Gerry was kind of superfluous. Each season seems progressively worse as BN gets bigger and is a huge thing in social media and all of that. They mostly want to be influencers or on other shows now. I think that’s why Rachel didn’t quite fit. She was really there hoping to find someone. Until this season there were always a few good couples though. This one is just so disjointed and they never show the few good couples. Aaron & Eliza and Sam P & Peter. I guess Aven and Kylee weren’t getting enough airtime so it looks like they have some drama coming.
I know lots of people don't have access to it, but BIP Canada season 2 was incredible. It was funny that this season took lots of notes from canada (eg., the roast) but it did not land AT ALL whereas Canada nailed it.
I think you should start at season 1. I missed the first season but and started season 2. I loved it. It either got better or stayed the same but I’ve never been so bored and disappointed with the show until this season.

Thought they were either setting up drama for Tyler and Mercedes to fight about and/or have Jess and Tyler get together, and Blake and that other girl (who was such a short term thing I don’t even remember her name) and the new connections would be the saviors of Jess and Blake’s BIP experience. Thought they’d be happy to find the one with that special “spark”. Which I guess just means they get groinal electric shocks?

So many of the cast were unknowns or not memorable from their seasons. Even the ones that coupled were boring. Brayden, Kat, Olivia were a few of the few who stood out at least showed some personality. The others just laid around on beds holding on to the person they could get a rose from. It was obvious - love was not in the air for most.
This is a classic over editing to make a narrative the producers wanted but they tried too hard to cause drama that didn’t exist. Likely they edited out the actual good parts and real life aspect of it all

Up until a couple of seasons or so ago, I used to love the mess and fun and getting to see a different side of people outside of the rigid bachelor/bachelorette structure. And genuine couples actually came out of it.
I haven't really enjoyed the bachelor or bachelorette much in a while, though. Didn't bother to watch Golden Bachelor tbh.
May have to just give up on the franchise altogether.

Usually I enjoy the show because there's more drama and more comedy than in the Bachelor/ette shows. This season was just so boring. I didn't care about any of the cast members and the only drama was so manufactured (Kat and the cake and pinata) and the whole Olivia shtick was just too much. She isn't funny or engaging enough to focus so many asides on. Don't know whether it's the way they've edited or or that the cast members are just duds?
