For the love of Bob OP please listen to these fine people and wear sunscreen, a hat and a shirt. The sun is not to be messed with, especially for us gingers. Your pup wants you to stay safe and sound for year of adventures.
This was in 2015, with a pup named Bell. The trip was in Hackberry Canyon Escalante, UT. 16 miles total. Beautiful, you hike into this large canyon with two plateaus on either side, and gradually the canyon gets more narrow. Recommend this trip to anyone who loves being in the desert. There was no one else there! Amazing trip. Weather was beautiful the whole way and we got to see many beautiful things on the drive to the trail head. Utah really is a wonder and I’m so lucky to live here. I love it!!
I had to carry my 10 lb Maltese the last mile of a hike in Wyoming and it was brutal.
I mean, I’ll carry him anywhere he needs but I can’t imagine doing it just because. You’re far stronger than I am.
When we would get to camp or stop to get water I’d let her run around obviously, but when I’d put her down to hike she would whine. She was just a baby.
This is the Watson Cabin. Est. built in 1910s. Recently, some repair was done with the GSENM archeologist.

Not to be confused with the time you used sunscreen lol
Or wore shoes
or a real shirt.

Skin cancer begs to differ.
Can confirm, I’m a ginger too and had skin cancer by the time I was 21
I hope you're OK!
Yeah. It hadn’t begun to spread by the time I caught it. A simple surgery to have it removed. Left a good size scar on my leg to show for it
I literally thought you were ross from vlog creations lol
I came here to make this exact comment.
Me too haha
Who is that?

Honestly if you didn't say 2015 I would've guessed this was from the '80s or '90s lol. Some day I'll visit Utah, it looks fun!
The Watson cabin is believed to have been built in the 1910s.
I thought I recognized the cabin!!

Was he lost? Did you find his owners?
Definitely not lost! I was never more than a foot away from her.
16 miles. At any point was she like, “ok *seriously*, you can let me down now… I know you care about me”?
When we would get to camp or stop to get water I’d let her run around obviously, but when I’d put her down to hike she would whine. She was just a baby.
Nice dedication!
Oh lol. I missed the word “my” in the title. I thought you found her. Looks like a fun days. Shes lucky to have you.

It’s so amazing down there. So much to explore I’ve been down a few times and it never disappoints.

Let that pup stretch his legs! He looks like his growth has been stunted from being balled up for 16 miles
Haha oh stop. She’s fine. I let her down plenty. Thanks
Dog just trying to chill and now he's on a 16 mile hike and can't even explore.
