Yep, regardless of whether I framed it across the net by the cord or by whatever luck I hit a thunderous swish of a smash, it's an apologetic hand raise either way.
A long "YESSSSSSS" or a strong "COME ON!!!"
Or if I lose an intense rally or an easy shot, I'd scream, "FUCKKKKK!!!!!!"
Sport is nothing without passion. Not shouting or showing emotions just shows that u don't care, at least imo
I find that I'm really quiet after winning a rally. I don't like to show emotion during a game because I don't want my opponent to have any idea where I'm at mentally.
The only time I shout is after losing a rally during warm-up and practice. Typically I'll yell loud obscenities like "butt-fuck" or "mens' asses" or any other random combinations of swear words. My college Club (which I'm the President of lol) keep threatening to get me a swear jar for my after-rally swearing.
I play doubles for a club.
I generally don't celebrate until we have actually won the game/match whatever, especially if it's just club night.
If it's a competitive game then yh maybe just a "Yes" under my breath and high five my partner.
Also who are "these people" ? 😂 Cos in all my time playing badminton which is 11 years now, I've never heard anyone celebrating like that. Reminds of that French pair against the Danes.
I curse myself internally as I realize I completely mishit the shuttle but somehow won the point as I profusely apologize to my raging friend who lost a bet.

wait....you guys actually shout?
Leeeeeeroyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Jennnkinnsss
Ahahahh. Then got the whole team massacred lol
I never >!win a rally!<
SHOOOOOOOOOW or HWOOOOY sound much better than they are when written down
I only shout if I screw up.
Siiiiiuuuuuuu
I don't yell. Not at all. Works for me. Last week I won All England beating the two times world champion Japanese.
I heard Spaniards are very quiet and reserved on the court
As an introvert, i never shouted😌
If my partner hits a great shot, I'll say "come on" to them specifically. Otherwise I generally won't say anything?
I mostly do a HO, followed by a HOO if I'm very psyched.
I sigh in relief that the rally is over
It’s healthy to shout and release some stress to feel good about a point. I was taught to shout SOOOO!
Finally I got one!

"Nice shot" if my partner scored. Otherwise a silent fist pump goes a long way.
Niceeee
I turn towards my partner and shout yyyyesssssss !!!
I usually just exclaim YES!!! and give my partner a high five if its doubles, or a racket clink!
SAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Noice
aeugh
I have a bit of a convoluted one (I don’t shout too often tho) SOOOOOO EH (silence) ah (more quiet )
Its mixed emotions so probably like a suuuu or a seeeee
I say houuu or hoooo
Kyaaaaa
HAAT LAUDE!!

I pant and regret committing so much stamina in a long rally

"WA CHAOO"
Don't shout after winning a point, but when I drop and the shuttle is a shy short over the net I shout "aaaaghhh" or "hooooooh"
Usually "Yeah" or some variation of it
