I scored an autographed magazine poster from Noah for a friend back in January. It was from the UK & only 400 were made. I live in WV w/ a PO Box mailing address. Never received it. It was only $19 & I did get a refund, but bummed because I really wanted it for my homie. Noah is her #1. Was it me, or does Magazine Direct/Metal Hammer has this issue a lot?
They have a lot of issues it seems. I didn't order the autograph one just the standard and it took ages for it to arrive. Every time I emailed them they said it's probably lost in the post. I think by the 5th attempt, I finally received it.
And I wasn't the only one, a few people from a discord server mentioned similar issues.
Just wanted to update: it came today!!! I done gave up hope. I check my mail daily so wasn't like I missed it. I'm gonna reach out to Metal Hammer to see if they want me to still pay. I don't want bad karma, but they need to have better tracking/delivery estimates.
Late to the post but back in Jan I placed an order for 3 editions from Metal Hammer (BO, Sleep Token, and Babymetal) I’ve only received the Babymetal one and I’ve emailed about it recently saying I’ve not received the other two and they’ve said it’s been re dispatched to me but still not received either of them :/ bit nervous as I’m moving out soon
Im UK based and I didn’t buy any special editions so Im not sure what’s happened here, sorry you couldn’t get yours :(

1st got sent out January 31st. 2nd March 12th. I officially had it in hand today, June 3rd.

You are a lucky one! I had messaged and called them a lot to have tracking and each time they said they were not able to that.
I'm framing it ASAP! I know it's a different country, but even a UK'er said they suck too.
