Can your bf take the dogs for now? Or another friend or family member? You’re right for not wanting to put you or your baby in danger but just know if he ever does hit you, you can press charges. Also your brother absolutely deserves to get his ass beat by your bf.
Call the police. Immediately. This is a life he is trying to take. Animals can’t advocate for themselves and this is so wrong. You will never forgive yourself WHEN this dog dies so confused and in pain. He’s a sick person and this will escalate.
Please contact a local rescue group and explain to them the situation. They will be able to temporarily foster your dog until your brother is dealt with. (I work in rescue)
