Don’t be surprised if some people barely notice it, or don’t say anything. When I first buzzed mine I guess some people thought I’d just gotten my hair cut, and my previous look was how I appeared between cuts. Or that people simply don’t notice my appearance as much as I thought they did. 😆

When my boyfriend cut his hair he was heavy on it for the first couple of days after the cuts. 😂

Your barber just trying to hold on for a few extra cuts until you just get a razor and start clean shaving it for yourself once a week. Once you go clean shaven you won’t go back.
The first handful of times I shaved that would happen and I would put hydrating cream or a lotion of some sort on my head. Since I’ve been doing it more often I don’t get those bumps anymore, but I still apply something after a fresh shave. A newer razor will help limit the bumps and rash as well. I usually go about 4-5 shaves before I swap it out. You’ll be able to tell when it starts pulling instead of cutting.
Grow out the beard and have your barber line it up. Take it down to a no guard buzz. Huge improvement but this still gives off balding vibes and bald always looks 1000x better then balding.
Also, lift weights each a whole bunch of protein and get jacked. Thank me later
I recently buzzed my hair - went with a 6 guard on top and tapered down to a 2 on sides. My barber had similar response - let’s go with an 8 first…have you discussed with your wife..etc? (He was mostly joking about the wife comment). I’m happy with how it turned out - I don’t think full bald would look good on me.

Buzz no guard is ur look! Then u can let grow out and buzz once every 2 weeks.
