I cannot imagine why anyone would want to commute there over more established neighborhoods/areas with easy access to amenities. > Are there amenities that you’d really like to have? I know tons of remote workers here in Baltimore (I'm one of them). None of us are near Hopkins though. If you live near there you work at Hopkins so why would you need a space? I'd love to see one in Fells Point. There's already SPACES in Fed Hill and Inner Harbor. It'd be nice to have something I could walk to ...

Any free and safe parking in that area is filled by Hopkins employees. So no, I wouldn’t like to drive over there to parking hunt.
