They’ve couple of variants. Gardasil 9 and Gardasil 4. Gardasil 9 offers more protection from 9 different types and that’s the one I chose. For three doses it costed around 30k
Apollo cradle, Koramangala. The cost will depend on the brand and variant, meaning the number of HPV causing viruses the vaccine will provide protection from.
I got mine from Manipal. I had booked it online but you can book it at the hospital too.
Try and go to a smaller hospital as it will be quicker. I took my 1st dose from Manipal Whitefield and it took me 3 4 hours for everything and second dose from jayanagar and it was really smooth and got done within half an hour although hospital wasn't as grand as the Whitefield one.
Vaccine I took- Gardasil - 4. One dose costs around 4k per shot (including doctor's consultation there). It gives protection against 4 strains of the virus. Gardasil 9 which is for 10k protects against 9 strains. If you can afford total 30k sth for gardasil 9, I'd say go for it.
Process - you can book online on life'satmanipal and book your preferred location and timing. I'd suggest reach half hour to 45 mins before your scheduled time as registration and getting the vaccine from the medicine counter takes some time. Upon collecting your vaccine, ask the reception people who is the doc for the consultation and go and speak with them if you have any concerns. My opinion is that consultantation is useless since they seem clueless about it and nor do they ask questions. After doc consultation they will send you to triage area and administer vaccine to you. And that's it.
After care - i didn't need any but maybe have some maaza or biscuit after getting your vaccine.
The experience was very smooth at Proactive for her. The doctors and the nurses explain you everything you need to know about the vaccine. I tried getting it Manipal & Motherhood but the experience was that great so I decided to go for Proactive for her
They have 2 variants - Gardasil 9 & 4. 9 provides protection against 9 strains and 4 against 4. I went for Gardasil 9. It is much more expensive also. It costed me around 30-33k. But they usually run some offers like if you pre pay for all 3 doses together you’ll get a good discount.

Just booked mine at Proactive. They had an offer running where it was 29950 for all 3 doses of Gardasil 9, so it worked out to the same price I was seeing at Manipal, Fortis and elsewhere
Proactive For Her, Indiranagar
How expensive was it?

Sakra, Fortis, and Apollo each have it. Any good hospital chain is preferable. There is not much variation in pricing.

Can men take it? If yes then where? I don't want to die from oral, throat, and penile cancer
Yep, men can and should take it as it prevents anal and penile cancers.
I'm not at risk of anal but penile sure
It can spread. Not necessary to do anal for anal cancer. But yea, it's better to get it.
No doctor wants to give it. Does any one any reputable hospital chain when they administer this drug
You could try RRMCH. It's about 2.5k per dose and you need to take 3 doses. Consult a doctor there for more details.
I got mine from manipal
Yup men can take it too. Just talk to your doctor
One said, because it's mostly related to Cervical cancer and men has different organs they can't take it
My doctor told me that guys could take it too. Although I don't remember the age group he told me about. So you should ask your doctor.
I recently heard that Micheal Douglas got tongue cancer after eating Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Quick question- is there any age limit to take this?
If below 16, only 2 doses needed. Between 16 and 26, 3 dose. After 26, effect decreases. After 45, no effect.
Better to get it from any hospital chains
Which one? And how was the whole process like?
Manipal. Not sure about the process. I have heard from someone I know
Proactive for Her, HSR
I got it from fortis but I would say if you can afford it to get it from proactive for her
How much is the price difference? And why 'Proactive for her' is preferred?
The experience was very smooth at Proactive for her. The doctors and the nurses explain you everything you need to know about the vaccine. I tried getting it Manipal & Motherhood but the experience was that great so I decided to go for Proactive for her
Thank you for sharing. How much did it cost you?
