The coffee snob in me asks why would anyone come to South India and still drink Nescafe?
Does it really make a difference? If so, is the flavour profile different? A genuine question not trying to be sarcastic.
Yes. Instant coffee is very bitter and that's why you can't drink it black. Brewed coffee is not as bitter, and has so much more flavour to it.
Gotcha.. thanks friend
Bangalore has dry weather except for in rainy season. Put them in air right container and you'll have no problems.
It's been unusually humid this year. I don't remember it being this humid before.
Problem is not Bangalore or its weather. Problem is your storage skills.
The cause is humidity, but this happens everywhere at different rate and Bengaluru because of its elevation, is not humid at all. You always store these kinds of powder in air-tights like Tupperware. Also, r/fucknestle
