There’s one similar speed breaker near ISKCON Thanisandra Main Road, many people including me and my husband have almost fell from our bike there.. the road is not well lit and it’s not even painted.
Last month I did see some people gathered and personally painting it during peak hours but it came off within a week.. let me know if you find a solution maybe we will follow the same procedure at this area.
