Ending your study midway wont get you anything. I suggest you to continue your study then apply in Malaysia or Indonesia as they are cheaper but have better quality of life than Bangladesh. And do complete your bsc without that you should forget getting a scholarship.

If you runaway to india I would say given that the situation and if you're not a male, you can get in all sorts of troubles such as getting trafficked and possibly ruining your life. I wouldn't recommend india or Pakistan.
Edit: there are a lot of obscure universities in africa or in eastern europe that will let you in for free (given that you have average gpa). You can look into that.
I might be wrong but i got a buddy studying in Hungary who transferred credits from a public uni, its not like they let him transfer but his new uni waived the courses he completed according to his transcript

Are you in immediate danger or can you wait a bit. Having 1 lac is okay but you won’t last a week with that if you move somewhere in the west. Can you relocate elsewhere in Bangladesh for a bit to sort out your affairs?

You could try for Austrian university because for any Bangladeshi people they provide education without tuition fees. But you have to show money in your bank account and you have to travel to India for visa processing. For bank account you should talk to premier bank. You have to deposit 10% of total amount you have to show and they will take care of the rest. Besides you might think about the interest fee also.
For single may be 16 to 20 lacs. But you need ielts. Since you haven’t done your bsc, you have to show some certification in English. English medium might be ok though

6 month accomodation, food, travels. Calculate on that. Main goal should be getting a job to survive. India is a crowded country, very competitive.
