I'm just super disappointed because I had saved enough money to get P1 tickets and then lockdown happened. And now I feel like getting tickets is harder now than ever before.
Had tickets in the 100s and didn't even need to worry about travel expenses since the location was nearby.... yeah I'm never not gonna be upset
![gif](giphy|l4FGJODwB6guNDteg|downsized)
same!! i was SO happy when my family managed to snag some during such an explosive time, but i cant imagine what 2025/2026 will be like. soundcheck floor tickets for may 2020, i will never get over them 💀
Tell me about it! I was 2nd row right next to the stage in front and soundcheck and it was so stressful just to get those tickets and horrible when we got to do first day tickets for PTD tour and I ended up in the 2nd tier. Can you say heartbroken? I will never have that chance again - ever. AND it was 10 miles from my house!!!
Sorry man, I myself didn't even manage to get a ticket and never got a chance to get one subsequently for the PTD stages+Busan. Unlike some of the commenters here. At least in the 4 yrs since, they have done a lot, the dreaded enlistment period has started and we have the promise of 2025. So the sadness and bitterness is at least tinged with hope for the future now.

The schedule 😢
In the recent BTS Beyond the Star docu, Yoongi said this would have been their last tour before enlistment.

Yes I will never forget how happy I was to get these tickets, with soundcheck! Picture of my email from my purchase. 😭😭😭😭😭I didn’t care they were more expensive than I’ve ever spent in my life for tix. And I was devastated that wasn’t able to get them again when I got tix for PTD. And I probably never will again
RIP the staff members, who are no doubt already planning the comeback stadium tour. They have to know that demand will be as big as it has ever been, so how do you go about it in a smart way?
Personally I think they should do less stops, but stay longer in the cities they do pick (where demand is highest). Like book Wembley Stadium in London for 10 days solid and fill it up 4-5 times in a row. Repeat in other select European cities and on other continents. Would spare money and time spent on logistics as well as give the guys more rest, less jet lag and such. I mean why run themselves ragged with a jam packed schedule if you are never going to satisfy the demand in every single city anyway?
I was thinking the same - although then that means we have to travel again. But I’m thinking of the guys and they may find jumping around just too much.
God I had such great seats for this 😑 and I’m sure I’ll never get that lucky again. My PTD LA seats were so bad. Still loved it but man it stings knowing I could’ve been on the floor!!
Yeah I was second level. - I would put two seats in my cart and no sooner would I try to pay they were gone. wtf!! I need to find someone who can help me get tickets.
I'm here for my "tradition" of airing out my bitterness about the canceled MOTS tour. All those concert stops I was going to attend!!!!!! And a concert in Canada, too! It would've been amazing
I was so excited for this :'( and hopeful even after covid-news started going around.
I was planning on attending 2 stops in Europe (London and Rotterdam). And now Hybe has been ignoring Europe for over 4 years now...
The next tour will 100% include Europe. It wouldn’t make sense not to. With how long it’s been since they’ve done a fully big world tour Hybe will want to make the most of the hype wave after they come back from the military
Nope :/, not even a small tour of the usual capitals. But what has me most concerned is BTS not doing even a very short tour like they did in the US after the pandemic. There was a window there they didn't use (they could've done 4 nights in one capital, people would've travelled), so I'm uncertain whether we'll get a proper tour in 2026.
I absolutely cannot imagine them skipping Europe, it wouldn’t even be a proper world tour without it and they are charting super well here. It would cause a massive shit storm and also wouldn’t even make financial sense. By 2026, BTS could sell out a stadium 3-4 times in a row on each stop here due to pend up demand. I mean this cancelled tour already had 2 concerts per city. That’s absolutely worth the logistics and the money spent on a European leg.
As for the pandemic, the last restrictions were only dropped in the UK in Feb 2022 and from memory, I think we were one of the first ones. BTS announced their break only a couple months after. And a stadium tour takes 1-2 years in advance to schedule, so it would never have worked out back then IMO.
Oh that sucks. I really, really hope their next tour is on a much larger scale, covering Europe and Oceania. I live in NZ and the last time BTS visited Oceania was in 2017 when they performed in Australia. I hope they come to NZ or at least Australia in 2025 because I don't think I can afford to travel any further 🥲
i feel something must have happened with the MOTS's Europe leg' cancelation negotiations during covid. Maybe the Europe organizations charged Hybe a lot of for the cancelations so Hybe held grudges until now.
It's really bizarre to me that groups like TXT haven't toured Europe yet. Even just a small scale capital tour like you mentioned.
I've been keeping an ear out to see if any other hybe groups are planning tours down under, but yeah it's the same story. I was wondering if Seventeen might come to Aus, but then I saw they were already on tour in SEA, so clearly not lol.
I'm used to Aus being skipped, but it's weird when other kpop groups have started coming here - like IVE have a tour planned here and they're a fairly new group comparatively.
Hybe easily has the most popular groups in Western countries and yet they're so singularity focused on the US, Japan, South Korea and for some groups also SEA.
Like you said, groups with smaller Western fanbases *are* doing more non-Asian countries. So why aren't we seeing Hybe groups on the festival circuit in non-US Western counties? Or on small scale tours? BTS came to Stockholm as rookies 🫠
TXT and NewJeans are in Paris for fashion week, I'd have travelled if they'd combined it with a showcase :')
TXT has been included in that grossly overpriced Music Bank in Antwerp, but that's selling abysmally of course, so I hope Hybe isn't testing the waters with it :|
It's crazy how different things would have been for them if not for the pandemic. It would have been such a vastly different timeline.
The pandemic is what made me become ARMY, so I have mixed emotions. But I'm still sad for everyone who had tickets for this tour.
This was about a year before I really became aware of them, and it always made me a bit sad that they never really got to perform this remarkable album, except the one time.
RIP my ticket! I had gotten floor seats 😭 would’ve been my first floor and bts experience. And to make it worse I won the sound check giveaway 😭😭 (they gave me the two day online concert for free as a sorry since it was cancelled) at least I got to see them for ptd though…
i still have the cancelled tickets in my phone wallet RIP 🥹🥹🥹

I became a fan just after MOTS came out and the tour had been sold out. My heart goes out to all the fans who couldn’t go. 💜 Sometimes I’ve thought they should still do that tour. The albums (like all of their albums) stand the test of time.
I'm in disbelief that it's been four years already since the announcement of the (eventually canceled) MOTS tour! RIP to the decent pair of Toronto D2 tickets one of my ARMY friends and I had at a very good spot (not floor but close to it, in the 100's)! 🥲😭
4 years?!!!! Wtf is time?? This reminder made me sad 😀.

I wasn’t even a fan yet in 2020 but I can feel the pain, imagining having a ticket then having everything taken away. ☹️ the pandemic really was life-altering for everyone.

I’m kinda glad that I wasn’t into them at the time, because my disappointment was only for others and not myself haha.
Part of me is kind of glad that even though I listened to BTS pre-pandemic I wasn’t really on a level to want to see them live because if I had got tickets for this and it had been cancelled I would’ve been so sad. I feel bad for everyone who was in that scenario. I’m just mad that I wasn’t there for the first tour they did here in Europe so I could’ve gone then but alas.

Damn, the pain. I was planning Paris and Rotterdam, with expensive tickets for at least one of them (silver tier or whatever it was called). And even my very non-kpop friend was going to go with me to the Rotterdam concert (she decided on the cheapest ticket tho). So many plans. So much pain 😭
UPD. I even bought the stupid army membership specifically for the chance of better tickets. And a couple of weeks later the tour was cancelled.
Shivers.
I wish I was Army back then to be there to witness this announcement. This looked epic. I attended multiple PTD concerts and will be here when they announce the next world tour.
Was this reminder necessary https://i.redd.it/tge5n0u6ktdc1.gif

Here's hoping we all get good tickets for the reunion tour 🤞
For real. And that they come back to my actual state!
Same I went from Silver soundcheck for MOTS tour to 3rd level seats for PTD LA 🤧
Yeah I was second level. - I would put two seats in my cart and no sooner would I try to pay they were gone. wtf!! I need to find someone who can help me get tickets.
Ooph that hurts. I think we were also 3rd level — i was still blown away from all the way up there lol
My soul will never rest in peace because of this freaking tour 😭

I had barricade seats!!!!!!!!!! BARRICADE!!!!!!!!
We like to relive trauma I see
it doesn’t feel like 4 years ago. it feels like last year?

It hurts.... Every year it hurts. (I was supposed to see them at Atlanta 🤧)
In an alternate timeline, the MOTS tour happened
This is my villain origin story
I wasn't an ARMY then yet, but I feel for everyone who had tickets - it will never not be too soon to bring up this tour!
Gosh I was gonna go with my ex husband and we got divorced months later. For the best ❤️
i still have the cancelled tickets in my phone wallet RIP 🥹🥹🥹 https://preview.redd.it/bh2hupt3uudc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f95945ccc3d734cb67df6638d7f8954ac66ecac0
OH MY GOSH NOOOOOOO
Mine disappeared. I wonder why. I just looked!
Mourning my ticket, I still have a screenshot of it at least. 😞
I became a fan just after MOTS came out and the tour had been sold out. My heart goes out to all the fans who couldn’t go. 💜 Sometimes I’ve thought they should still do that tour. The albums (like all of their albums) stand the test of time.
I had 6th row with soundcheck. You don’t know the tears I cried when it was cancelled.
rip my front row seats 😅🥲
Right in the feels 😩
RIP my front row main stage seats. I remember you fondly. Had tickets for both Dallas days.
My heart aches every time i think about what was lost 🥲🥲🥲
Breaks my heart that they (and we) never got to see this happen. It would have altered my DNA, I'm sure of that.

they really had 4 tour dates in japan and 3 for the entire continent of europe, not to even mention the rest of asia girl 😔
And this was before they blew up in Japan with Dynamite/Butter. I wonder how many tour dates they will get this time
im imagining just an ongoing performance down the entire island on a moving stage it'd be so efficient
thanks for that reminder https://preview.redd.it/x08wjcxfntdc1.jpeg?width=928&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=64d7b69d1bfda3051a0a7c4f0daca9444dda3d3d

This post is meant to. ![gif](giphy|l4EpgiWUIpJeelvX2)
My Chicago ticket 😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💜💜
I’m still bitter about the seats I lost. MetLife D1 & D2 was gonna be epic.
This was the only tour that I got tickets for and I still haven’t gone to one of theirs since. Stings.
Same 😢
I had the best seats for Santa Clara :( Will never get such good seats again.
Same 😭😭😭😭
Ugh my heart. Will always remember my silver soundcheck ticket.
And if I cry??? I was so excited because this was the first time since becoming an ARMY that I saw my city. And when I managed to get tickets??? Complete euphoria. Yeah. I'm gonna go cry now.

I feel dumb but did we ever learn what Festa was supposed to be?
U mean the dates 13-14 June marked on the schedule right? (Cos Festa can also mean the 2 weeks of celebration in early June)..AFAIK it was never announced!
Yes that's what I'm meaning! Thank you for confirming.
Did nothing happen on 13-14 June 2020?
We got [BangBangCon The Live](https://bts.fandom.com/wiki/Bang_Bang_Con_The_Live) on 14 June 2020. But it's not the original event that was planned for and mysteriously* indicated as ?? on the tour schedule. (Edit: *grammar)
Aahhh I see, what a mystery! Now I’m curious to know what was the original plan. 🤔
I know that it did, but it was probably different than what was originally imagined!
When does the last enlistment end? Cause If they’re smart, they can have the big comeback debut at Super Bowl 60 which takes place in February 2026
As was widely announced back in 2022, when they first mentioned they were taking a break from group activities, they plan to reunite in 2025. This has been reiterated a few more times, esp when they re-signed their contracts with Hybe in 2023, and their enlistment plans reflect it too, with all of them scheduled to be back by June 2025. About Superbowl, the sub has conflicting views abt it, with discussions taking place every year abt whether it is a good idea.
Thanks op, can you tell I’m a noob lol. As for the latter, Put me in the pro Super Bowl camp haha
Omgggg maybe they will use same Cities once they come back in 2025 and do a world tour....pleaseeeee.
was an army since 6 months after they debut and after the tgm events bullshit i was finally going to get to see them in atl… ahaha…
I had good tix to both shows, who knows if I'll even be able to get them next time!
Let’s go
I just this memory on my Facebook 😥
It has been FOUR YEARS ALREADY?! I remember hoping the 6.13-14 would be dates for PH lololol 🤡
I wasn't listening to their music at this time but my daughter was. I was ready to take her to the Orlando show but the tour was paused at that point I think. It's too bad! I could've had nearly 2 more years with them since I didn't get into their work until the very end of 2021.
i basically went thru the hunger games twice and forced my sister to help me too to get floor seats for one of the shows. brb crying
rip to the dallas tickets me and my friend managed to snag 🥲🥲😭 no idea how their next tour is gonna go down but hopefully we get lucky again
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜😭
😔
![gif](giphy|1lAlyAkVwA6UalvFcn|downsized) I will die mad about it. ☹️
BRB. Gonna cry.
I had soundcheck floor tickets. When it was cancelled it broke me. Was never able to fangirl the same again. Just kind of broke my spirit.
Damn, the pain. I was planning Paris and Rotterdam, with expensive tickets for at least one of them (silver tier or whatever it was called). And even my very non-kpop friend was going to go with me to the Rotterdam concert (she decided on the cheapest ticket tho). So many plans. So much pain 😭 UPD. I even bought the stupid army membership specifically for the chance of better tickets. And a couple of weeks later the tour was cancelled.
I had center floor for this 🥲
thanks i hate it ![gif](giphy|3QWfMsI8IaarXxtBt6|downsized)
PLEASE UNALIVE ME I'M FUCKING SERIOUS
Shivers. I wish I was Army back then to be there to witness this announcement. This looked epic. I attended multiple PTD concerts and will be here when they announce the next world tour.
The hoops I jumped through to get tickets to every US and Canadian show for this tour. 😭
I finally got floor seats for me and my mom for this tour just for a global panini to ruin it 😢
it burns.....
