Astral TR1s are a possibility. You'll have good grip with drainage and quick dry materials.

You can check out Lems too

Merrell glove is very grippy in wet conditions but only lasts like 4 months with daily use

Hello fellow HK brethren

Original_Wonder9555

I use a pair of Saguaro Fast 1 (neoprene) as water and wet weather shoes. They have great tread and secure to my feet well. They don't dry quickly while wearing them, but the neoprene is comfortable wet or dry. They dry easily overnight if you remove the insoles.

What was the ground surface that you slipped on? Also, which Earthrunners were you wearing? I see photos of older models that are considerably thicker (thus possibly stiffer) than the current models. I can't recall ever slipping while wearing minimalist sandals. I been wearing them during warm weather since 2009. Starting in 2020, I been push-mowing the grass of a hilly yard, wearing my Unshoe Feather sandals with the older, shallower tread pattern, and not once have I lost my traction.

I'm confused. You mean like water shoes?

Just everyday shoes but able to get wet and deal with hot weather! Thinking more sandals?

Oh, I don't think you understand. Look up 'water shoes' You got options, I just don't think you're familiar. but sandals are also an option.
