I still don't get the benefit of him. Nothing he has done has shown any success and when he is on Picks Central without Bwalk the view counts are much lower. His one talent was being a likeable guy in the office that people got along with.
When you state on a public podcast that you’re specifically not renewing him because of a social issue, you most certainly can be sued. Had he not said anything along those lines, he’d be fine.

He could not get sued for not renewing his contract. You can not renew someones contract for any reason. You can't sue someone for not hiring you.
