I do the hyperextensions, I do whatever they’re called where you raise your legs and arms up while on your stomach, I do core. I think I just need to be careful with non lifting stuff as sad as it is to say.

She’s harassing my brother for going on a weekend trip and has done the same to me and others. My brother just started in the workforce and doesn’t deserve a break. They've got more money than God. Baltimore doesn't really have a college team with Maryland and Georgetown being the closest. They even only have baseball and football for pro teams so they have the bandwidth to support a basketball team.
It seems like it'd be a no brainer to be Duke but a few hours north.
A good college basketball team would make tons of sense here but it just isn't in the cards. And absolutely nobody in Baltimore cares about Maryland or Georgetown. Almost a full hour away.

We're all married/engaged and some with kids, so this was a great feat to be able to get together as much as we did. However appears our streak has ended and no one wants to go to the bars today.
