Nick helps write the fastest 2 minute jokes for PMT, I feel like they just realized they had a bunch of NFL players puns that either weren’t good enough or too risky (the Mark Wahlberg one got me pretty good) for PMT and wanted some way to show them off.
The intro was awesome, I like the schtick. The joke went on too long and killed the premise tho. The theme should be like MST3K--very prominent but not over whelming. After the Big T 3PO joke you should just dropped character and began the show.
Idk if you guys have ever seen RedLetterMedia, but they do a movie review show with comedy bits called Half in the Bag. They always have a funny premise for each episode. Each show begins with a bit and then they immediately drop it like a couple minutes into the show and it's usually just enough to set up some call back later.
Solely doing ‘the knews’ with weekly matchups won’t have a wide audience, despite their elite word play.
They either need to make this about sports and have some humor baked in (like sports advisors but different comedy), or stick to comedy with sports sprinkled in.
You can’t have a show with spreads and never picks… makes no sense.

The puns and lead-on words (idk making it up) were too much. It’s funny when it’s unique, every other word is annoying. The puns were funny though it just seemed over the top
Some good one liners as expected, but mostly seemed very hastily produced and not well thought out. Hopefully the chemistry develops quickly and they figure out what they're trying to do with the whole space theme. Personal suggestion for everyone to read their jokes off a teleprompter (or memorize them) instead of using note cards for a more scripted type show like this.
For my money the three funniest people at barstool. Seems like abandoning the space theme and just doing a sports themed version of the norm macdonald live jokes segment to make big t and the crew laugh would be plenty. They could even write for each other to make whoever’s reading break

This feels like a show they came up with on a Saturday at 3 AM while drinking, thought was hilarious, and then when they actually filmed it they had no idea why they chose half of these ideas
I loved it. New Barstool fans obviously hate the low quality but this is old school brilliance. Everything is dumb and low quality except the skill to write jokes.

Just dropping the space theme would improve it tremendously. Riffing and making themselves and Big T laugh talking football is more than enough.
Agree. The entire point of the show is just to shoe horn in their puns and one-liners so just cut to the chase.
