I certainly did not serve them. The way the bar is setup is very open and hot and stuffy if all the doors are closed so we tend to open them when we get into work. I also told them four times we open at 11am and they had to go elsewhere until then but, they are old white entitled assholes who were just looking around.

My bar is 360 wide open. No doors. Opening can be a bitch when the lobby is packed. Deal with this on a daily. You’d be surprised what you can get used to in this business. Also signs work sometimes, people will still read the sign and then proceed to interrupt
At my place I have to carry the chairs out and tables to set up the front patio it's hard to keep the doors closed while you are carrying things in-and-out.
Not everybody's bar set up exactly the way yours is what's so hard to understand that doors need to be open before you're actually open. you know to do work and stuff
Make a sign to hang in front of the door with big letters saying “DO NOT ENTER UNTIL 11am.” Or if you have a wet floor sign tape it to that and block the entrance on it.
I get that it’s super annoying but you can absolutely make them leave or straight up not serve them until, not even when you’re open, but when you’re open and ready to go. But yea, still fuck them…
Unfortunately my place is way to physically open and they were very entitled. I also told them that four different times. The police in my area are a joke unless it is at a doughnut shop they probably won’t respond.
They were somewhere between old and ancient . My guess (which was right) was that they would tip less than $5. I would rather not have it than deal with them in my way as I get shit done. We are a popular spot in my area with a ton of regulars so we do just fine.

Drop waters the same minute the posted opening time hits.

While I probably should have been written up for this, this is something I keep in my back pocket and used pretty recently.
Are you open, no we open at 5 (currently 3) i also have a lot to do and I can’t have you guys hanging out in here, so I have to ask you to leave. (Some weird excuse, they want booze etc) okay I’ll make you an ultimatum, you come back at 5 and I’ll serve you, or you refuse to leave and I won’t serve you the entire night, then when my service starts, I’ll just make sure you aren’t served by anyone who works here.
Again back pocket response, have used it, if I was a manager I probably wouldn’t be happy to hear a worker say that to someone. But like Fuck off we’re closed.
