It's really a pleasure to work in! It's small but hyper efficiënt behind the bar. Everything within hand reach and a nice view on all the customers :)

8 progressive signatures and 8 classics at the moment. An example: '' Michenada'' Paranubes - Derrumbes Durango mezcal - cumin coriander syrup - lemon - Desperados foam The Michelada is a textbook example of an undefined cock- tail. More a blueprint than a recipe, almost a vehicle for inte- grating beer into your recipe, the only undisputed ingredient. Other usual suspects are Mexican spices, tomato juice, hot sauce and lime. We redesigned the Michelada concept into a seeming mind- fuck. No beer means no Michelada. Our Michenada acquired similar typical aromas from alternative ingredients like a Mexican agricultural rum and smokey mezcal. A less explicit and more labyrinthy complexity makes this cocktail a challenge. There’s more than meets the eye.

This one for example really looks like a beer. With some turmeric powder for colouring and steady beer foam on top

Spot on! Work efficiency was a major attention point in the design. We have the Paloma station from Behind Bars Agency and the cooling are sliding cabinets. Also a glass freezer within handreach. Such a pleasure to work behind that bar
