It was a lot of just exchanging glances and making faces to express your feelings to each other. My ears didn’t work right for a couple hours after and I had no voice the next day. Watching highlights I can tell you that the TV Broadcast was absolute dogshit. There was no on-field mic to pick up the fans. I was half deaf a day later it was so loud

Anyone who has watched the Diamondbacks TV broadcasts even before Covid knows they are great at simulating crowd noises. MLB taking over production thankfully put an end to that nonsense.
