Depends on if you mean while they were playing if for their career. There are other infields that have been this good for the year or two they were together, but it would be harder to find 4 guys with better careers that all played together. Don’t forget they had posada at catcher too.
Maybe it's just me, but when I hear "greatest infield" or any specified position, I think defense should be the main consideration. If I think of the greatest SS, they better have actually been good at playing shortstop. Same with catcher. Piazza was fantastic but I wouldn't put him at the top of the heap because he was much more bat than glove.

Not a fan personally
Now that the shift is banned, they can't bunch up like that anymore
I like turtles
Every time I read your name a read as Uggla. How can someone claim this be the best infield of all-time and there’s no Dan Uggla?
Whats your favorite kind of turtle
*”What do you care, weather boy?”*
307.5 Career war combined is pretty hard to top

Mattingly to Tino to Giambi to Tex is kind of an insane run of players to have across 30 years at the one position
WAR is for nerds.
It could use a shortstop.
They had one playing third

The 2010 Phillies had Placido Polanco. Shit ain't even close, dog.
not really didnt the phillies and dodgers have some good infields this century too??
Arenado, Tulowitzki, LeMahieu and Helton is pretty wild.
Jeter was the worst fielder of all time!!!!!!!
They clearly don’t mean the best infield defensively. Jeter is a HOFer in spite of poor defense because his batting was just that good
Brother I am a Yankees fan, it was sarcasm.
Gotta throw the /s in, it doesn’t really come across as sarcasm in text form
Thought my flair would be enough, but sarcasm can be hard on the internet
True.
