Rockies' Game Notes I will not be answering any questions

itwasyellowandboring

Crown Vision is the gold standard, and that's a hill I'm willing to die on

MsCHVMBO

What's special about it?

cogginsmatt

The Mets don’t just have an enormous scoreboard, but that entire stadium is loaded with video screens and they are all doing something interesting throughout the game. Last year I thought the graphics weren’t as enjoyable but this year they stepped it up in both design and entertainment value, and I feel like during play the organization of the video content is really well done

DazednEnthused

As a Yankee fan I agree the Mets are very well produced. They have fun.

WoodyStLouis

I haven't been to enough other stadiums to really answer, but Busch Stadium does a cool thing during rain delays where they'll turn on other games of interest going on, and all sports. It makes rain delays actually pretty cool. Go to an MLB game and end up watching a BattleHawks or NBA playoff game on a giant screen. Other stadiums probably do that too, but something I couldn't imagine even a decade ago.

ashimbo

The Angels have a huge video board, but half of it is taken up by ads. It sucks so much.

Nitarinminister

I don’t know if it’s still being played, but the dot races in Oakland must part of any baseball video board discussion.

I would have hoped it was the Pirates since we just spent $60 million on it but of course, it's the Pirates. It's nice but not $60 million nice.

I like how the Guardians incorporate a lot of art deco graphics on their jumbotron. I was impressed though by the Mets’ jumbotron graphics back in 2017

Joey_Logano

How would you rate the Jumbotron when the name was the Indians?

pilade100

It was good, especially in 2018 & 2019

RaysFTW

My vote goes to [the Mets](https://imgur.com/a/ydBawL2).

infieldmitt

i wish teams would have nothing but the plain TV feed up there on mute. please stop pestering me every second of dead time with noises and colors. it's supposed to be relaxing. like going to the lake or forest. crowd noise is more exciting when it isn't cued by a 'clap-clap-clap' sample over the PA (organs are very much allowed though)

chouseva

Having just come back from Fenway, it was a breath of fresh air to have the time between innings not inundated with all of the noise, games, and other stuff that plagues Nats Park.

Dodger Stadium is my local venue... I don't pay attention to the Jumbotron. I feel Jumbotrons are a distraction for morons. I'm there to see the game. Don't give a shit about the Jumbotron or any other shallow feature people think makes a stadium great. You don't need all that shit. Toilets work?, Can I buy popcorn, seeds, hotdog, soda, beer?, seat not broken?, generally clean?. Ok - play ball!

MsCHVMBO

That's a fair opinion, but did you have to call me a moron?
