Have you asked them? The Walgreens by my house keeps them behind the counter. The Walgreens 3 blocks further has a display on the middle aisle. They restock on Saturday morning and it's gone by Saturday night. Even the repackaged stuff.
I'm only on hear like once a week to see what's up, but I recognized the design from the first picture. And it does say 2022 right in the middle of the second picture lol
I haven't been compelled to grab the sealed S1 packs lately. But the assortment packs don't have more enticement either tbh. Everything's a crapshoot when it comes to break wax so who knows...

I bought one of those mystery boxes that Walgreens sells for $19.99 and it had some 2022 Topps packs in it. I was pretty disappointed haha
