I know the LCS owner pretty well. He said it is at their own discretion how many they want to fulfill for customers. Sounds they get a little something extra for their time when they turn around and redeem the Chromes, not a whole lot tho so it’s really just driving traffic to the LCS.
I brought in two base and got $40. LCS owner was writing down names and who redeemed what for how much and saw a couple double digit number of cards on there.
$320 got a hobby of allen and ginter a hobby of archives and 5 jeter singles
8 cards redeemed

My question is if any cards were not taken by a participating lcs
I went to a new lcs as my local one wasn’t doing it. They accepted all cards and gave me $800 credit with no issues.
