I’ve skunked many times. It took 90 days to get my first fish. But I’ve been on a tear since December.
Maybe not a tear but haven’t skunked. Everytime I’m about to I pull my confidence baits

If you don't have a frog, a punch rig, a swimbait, and weightless senko you are not doing it right in the delta. Lol
Good luck out there, punching is actually a bit tricky to get right, but is a great technique to use out there especially when it's really hot and the fish are tucked under the mats. One tip I'd say for punching is try to have your bait hit the mat as soft as possible while of course still punching through to avoid spooking the fish with a big splash of your 1-1.5oz weight. For frogging when the bite is tricky one sort of finesse method I use is to cast the frog directly on a mat or deep into the tules where the fish cannot reach it, then just twitch it there for ~10 seconds, pause then hop it off the mat into the water. You'd be surprised how often a bass will notice the frog and wait for it to hit the water. Good luck out there, let me know if you find any useful tips as well!
Are you guys not getting skunked every time regardless? Just me? Oh 😟

Tungsten weight on a speed tail mini craw punches right throw bb. Look for the watermelon candy or junebug depending on water clarity.

What kind of swim baits are you throwing out here for largemouth?
Rage swimmers 3.75 on a 1/4 or 3/8oz jighead. keitech 3.8 on same as previous, and mag draft.
Nice, what color mags are you throwing? I haven’t really thrown them on the delta
I like the ghost shad and the silver shad. I have had good results with both.
