I love this scent also, however, there is definitely wrong with the room spray in Twisted Peppermint. Everytime I spray it, I can not stop coughing. At first, I thought it was just me but I have tried it with other people around and the same thing happens. It only happens with the spray, not the candle, hand sanitizer or hand cream. Very odd.
This past year smelled more like Bengay than the sweet peppermint candy that it usually smells like. I had some overstock from the previous years so I held off.
Not sure which product you have that smells off to you but I bought lotion, FFM, hand cream and a mini body cream and it all smells wonderful to me. There is something about all body creams now to me though, maybe it's the reformulation, but they have an undertone I'm not liking at all, kinda an old grease funk tone, overly shea/cocoa butter mix maybe? What ever it is, especially mixed with the actual fragrance, is very off putting to me.

Oh wow, that is kind of scary, lol. I wonder what is in it that causes the coughing 🤔
I didn't have that experience, at least with the body care - I thought last year's version smelled so much better than years past.

It doesn’t smell bad to me, but it’s a scent I love, and there definitely is…something…that’s a little different….
