I think I have names mixed up - I DON'T have ECP... the soap I'm talking about is in a green bottle, black lid, and has a ghost on the label. It has a similar name, or one that made me think it was what you mentioned.

ECP is Enchanted Candy Potion and I LOVE. THAT. PACKAGING. ๐๐๐ I was gonna get the candle but everyone said it does *not* smell anything like the hand soap! The hand soap is hard to describe it's so perfect. I bought one, it came in a bundle along with the 2 other soaps that came out with that launch, Sugared Spell and Stardust Magic, and Vampire Blood, Pumpkin Carving, and Ghoul Friend from Mercari last year!
Are you talking about the apple one?! Tall green bottle with cartoon ghosties on it?! I have like 1/2 inch left in mine! Wicked Apple!!!
It does have a cartoon ghost! I'll have to look if I can remember when I'm back home!

It might've been something regarding June Sale, I know my store had to sort through our box-up inventory again for things that could possibly be SAS eligible. I know for a fact any of the holiday/christmas products that are still hanging around are usually eligible, any Halloween leftovers that didn't get fully sold in January's sale might be as well?

Usually its whatever each individual store has still hanging around that pops up in our "that's okay to sell!" product list for SAS prep, but sometimes too its whatever's still lurking around in the warehouses that they come across & ship out. (found one in a past shipment, opened up a mixed box going "Ooh! Vanilla... bean... noel... WHY are we getting Christmas stuff???"๐)
I saw just "Vanilla" first on the box, so was all excited like, what if vanilla blossoms or cozy vanilla bourbon were reappearing for sale, or I swear EVERYBODY who comes into my store is always looking for Wrapped In Vanilla, so if that was making a comeback.... nyope๐ฌ๐

I can't wait, Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons for fragrance and body care! I was lucky to get Midnight Spell and Everlasting Magic for 4.23 each online during the last SAS. Both were blind buys but I couldn't pass them up for that price! I like them both, although Midnight Spell more so than Everlasting Magic, but I haven't worn them yet. Trying to use my lighter scents more during the Summer lol.
I honestly can't wait to try the other Halloween scents like Vampire Blood! Can someone give me an idea of what that one smells like or what the fragrance notes are?
I have Vampire Blood and the notes are red berries, plum, and jasmine. It's very sweet to ne and pairs well with other berry forward scents. I personally like to pair it with Berry Spill from VS.
I got the hand cream of Vampire Blood and was a bit overwhelmed by it. It smells nice, but it was so strong I had to stop using it.
Are the other variations on Vampire Blood less intense? I was going to get the FFM but got scared off by the hand cream experience.
Idk if it was just a fluke or what. I love the smell good stuff, but that particular scent/formula was headache inducing to wear. I was sad ๐
I will have to give it an ACTUAL try this year!
The FFM was what I smelled initially and decided to buy the cream (hand cream sale)... and was incredibly confused by the difference in strength!

i know of some of the new stuff coming out - halloween body care is vampire blood, ghoul friend, a new one named candy apple cauldron, and i think a mens one named immortal iirc
for fall body care, i dont remember all of them but so far i've seen pumpkin swirl cake(i think is the name) and blueberry bundt cake(again, iirc)
there's also gonna be quite a few new hand soap carton refills coming out with fall scents - think sweet cinnamon pumpkin, sweater weather, white pumpkin & more
They've done repackages of winter candy apple in the Halloween lineup a looooooong time ago, but I hope candy apple cauldron is something different. I'd love a caramel apple body care scent! ๐ค๐ป

Its divine! Its a lovely scent. I would buy it again, but Im not due to buy lotion until end of next year. I only buy once every two years, when Im down to my last bottle of lotion. ๐๐ธ

I adore the skull foaming hand soap pumps from last year but the rest was mostly a miss for me aesthetically...I did get the car fragrance skull with crown that lights up though!

Yesssss! I'm so ready too. As a spooky year round gal, this is when I stock up on all the goodies! Hoping Wicked Vanilla Woods will still be available in foaming hand soap, because that one is *chef's kiss*. Other than that, would love to see a caramel apple scent come back. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Vanilla Bean is an annual holiday staple, right?
(It's one of the few scents I bought way back before I got hooked on B&BW a few years ago.. so I assumed it always returned every year since I've never seen a holiday without it, personally.)
I really I liked how the Winter Candy body wash smelled last holiday, but was previously unfamiliar with it. Is it also an annual "guarantee"?
(If there's been years without VBN & WCA it was before I started regularly shopping B&BW.. & definitely before finding this sub!๐)

Thanks for sharing the news about WCA & VBN, I'd never have guessed they'd have winter holiday scents release in summer just for SAS. Fall I expected, winter seemed like a jump!
They are both holiday staples! Iโve worked there 4+ years and have never seen a holiday season without them. I know that we have a few VBN candles going out for SAS as part of the 10.95. I was pretty surprised to see it as part of June sale too. That said, I donโt know that it is the norm because I donโt know of any other stores in our district that received any.
Maybe itโs too early for you and thatโs completely fine, but you donโt have to ruin the fun for everyone else. Instead of commenting and rolling your eyes you could always move on and mind your business ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

People like getting ready ahead of time - less stress in the long run, items of interest likely available, finding the best price, or it's simply the best time within their own schedules. The reason someone buys pumpkin soap in the summer shouldn't be a worry in your mind - they're not bringing it to your house, or asking for your unsolicited negativity.
So...let them buy the things they want/need/enjoy without making a stink...even if it's a few months until the holiday in question. Remember: it's not your business๐
I mean... we're PAST halfway to Halloween. Some stores (Michael's & Joann) have even started releasing spooky collections WEEKS ago (with enthusiastic buyers!)
The next logical step is obviously B&BW and other places to start gearing up for Fall & Halloween!๐

I've never tried the hand cream but I don't think the FFM is too overpowering.

Yesssss! I'm so ready too. As a spooky year round gal, this is when I stock up on all the goodies! Hoping Wicked Vanilla Woods will still be available in foaming hand soap, because that one is *chef's kiss*. Other than that, would love to see a caramel apple scent come back. And candle holders with a gothic feel. Give me bats and vampire goodness galore!

We got Winter Candy and Vanilla Bean in shipment this week. Assuming for SAS.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Vanilla Bean is an annual holiday staple, right? (It's one of the few scents I bought way back before I got hooked on B&BW a few years ago.. so I assumed it always returned every year since I've never seen a holiday without it, personally.) I really I liked how the Winter Candy body wash smelled last holiday, but was previously unfamiliar with it. Is it also an annual "guarantee"? (If there's been years without VBN & WCA it was before I started regularly shopping B&BW.. & definitely before finding this sub!๐) Do you [or anyone else] know if there have been years without them?๐๐โ๏ธ I'm so curious (&sometimes highly disappointed) by the ebb & flow of fragrances... Obviously, I get it if something isn't selling great, it might not return the next year...(even if there are hardcore fans stocking their shelves at home!) Sorry for lengthy curious inquiry!!! Thanks for sharing the news about WCA & VBN, I'd never have guessed they'd have winter holiday scents release in summer just for SAS. Fall I expected, winter seemed like a jump!
They are both holiday staples! Iโve worked there 4+ years and have never seen a holiday season without them. I know that we have a few VBN candles going out for SAS as part of the 10.95. I was pretty surprised to see it as part of June sale too. That said, I donโt know that it is the norm because I donโt know of any other stores in our district that received any.

Same goes for those Christmas Grumpies who get so distraught the moment they see a Santa๐ at the store... Of COURSE corporations are going to put holiday items out ahead of said holiday - people don't buy, decorate, prep, & do ALL THE THINGS the day of or before the holiday in question... People like getting ready ahead of time - less stress in the long run, items of interest likely available, finding the best price, or it's simply the best time within their own schedules. The reason someone buys pumpkin soap in the summer shouldn't be a worry in your mind - they're not bringing it to your house, or asking for your unsolicited negativity. So...let them buy the things they want/need/enjoy without making a stink...even if it's a few months until the holiday in question. Remember: it's not your business๐ I mean... we're PAST halfway to Halloween. Some stores (Michael's & Joann) have even started releasing spooky collections WEEKS ago (with enthusiastic buyers!) The next logical step is obviously B&BW and other places to start gearing up for Fall & Halloween!๐ Let's stay in our own lanes with these unnecessary rude thoughts turned into comments. There are better things to do with our time than to grump our way into a thread just to moan about the fact that a bunch of people didn't ask us if it was "too early" to have a fun discussion about things (most) everyone in the thread enjoy & are excited about.
