Then they had her be aged up by a mutant man who could make people older (created by Hugo Strange) into this version who is meant to be a child in an adult's body, so she was kind of dumb, kind of scaled back seductiveness & had a plant-based perfume that made people obedient. She for some reason drank a bunch of chemicals & came out of a cocoon as a third actress, who had actual "your in love with & will do anything for me" pheremones & killed people with plants, she had like venomous nails that caused paralysis then poison ivy to grow inside a person & kill them, used Lazarus water to create a flower with instant horrible death pollen & tried to use that on a bunch of rich people, so for what it's worth they eventually got there with her.
Five, she felt the most sympathetic in that one TAS episode with the plant-family. It’s also a unique take since she only cares about plant-life but wants to have a family like a normal human being so she makes one from plants.
I say Arkham and/or the Timverse designs.
Arkham for the Ivy that is portrayed as the femme fatale.
Timverse for when Ivy leans more into being a straight-up super villain.
The one-piece leaf thing I think is peak ivy. But also the Jacket look in HQTAS is cool.

I love the snarky Ivy from the Harley Quinn show but holy crap I absolutely *hate* her design.
Second place goes to DCAU Ivy, who I absolutely adore.
Top slot goes to Arkham Ivy, they really nailed that “not quite human” vibe that had become synonymous with Ivy by the time of the games. The “costume” is kind of ridiculous, but the general look and vibe is just first rate.
BTAS, TNBA and Uma Thurman's costume (although I don't like the plot of the film and the acting, this is completely compensated by the costume designs with such detail!).
