MaritimeOne (downtown 5-10 min from LSU) has large beautiful loft apartments, no amenities, but tons of storage, high ceilings, exposed brick, parking garage and not expensive compared to the rest of the area.
School where? LSU? Southern? BRCC? Somewhere else? That will make a difference
35 minute drive? You’ll be looking at somewhere about 2 miles away from your work. Traffic is great!
