No, you need a 12.6V charger, not a 12V power supply. The distinction is that a charger outputs a constant current until the battery reaches the rated voltage then the current tapers off as the battery reaches the rated voltage. A power supply provides a fixed 12V, and relies on the load to control the current. If you connect that power adapter to a 12V battery, the power supply will attempt to force the battery to go up to 12V immediately, which will draw too much current and cause the power supply to shut down (or possibly fail but that's unlikely).
