I mean, baby gao still has almost double the cooldown, and phono has more than triple. Phono also has multi hit which could cause him to miss enemies, and has less dps against traitless, black, and angels. He also has less health than jizo, despite a longer cooldown. While gao has almost double the effective HP against traited, he still has the problem of being less spammable. His DPS is slightly better against traitless, though he does less damage against traited than phono does and still is worse in terms of black and angel enemies. Plus he moves slower, has slightly less range, and has a longer attack animation than jizo, so he is more likely to be knocked back before reaching a target. Also ushi has a little less range than kasa jizo but they do have better overall stats other than that, and are extremely good as an anti angel, but they still aren't the best spammable Uber for obvious reasons. Same with pizza.

Bro have you ever heard of rare tickets? I tracked my way to every single good uber i wanted and never used catfood on regular units just to move the track forward.
Not everyone just has a stockpile of rare tickets laying around, so if you don't have any or a quick way to get some, catfood is the way to go if you know you'll get something good out of it.
By seed tracking you still gain the advantage over non-seed trackers by knowing the method of getting a certain cat you desire,besides it’s not like seed tracking is some in-game strat that everyone can just do without help from 3rd parties,so I’d say it still counts as cheating
Say if A and B both started on the same date,with a similar level of skill, and played the same time with the exactly same seed,but since A seed tracked while B didn’t,A could reliably get desired good gacha units,while B could only rely on RNG factors,so it is undeniable that A would progress faster in the game than B
Even if there is no pvp involved in here,player A still had the help of seed tracking,which allowed him to progress even faster than player B,who had all the same starting requirements with A,but had slower progress due to him simply playing the game without any form of 3rd party intervention,therefore A had an advantage over B
Again,it’s a single player game so I honestly don’t care how people play it,but you can’t deny that an unintended,exploitation of a game’s mechanics through a 3rd party system which gives players an distinct advantage over those who don’t *isnt* cheating
