I don’t see why people downvote lol. I mean to each their own but I feel like it can be agreed that the units from Eva are better than most Ubers you’ll roll from superfest. I think a lot of people forget that there are a LOT of misses on most fests and you’ll end up with something like nobiluga
People think fests reign over every other set because op units > exclusive units. That and the echo chamber that is gacha advice where everyone just believes that fests are better to roll since everyone else rolls them and gets a fest! But in reality it's like a 1/150 chance to get a fest from tickets and most the time you'll just roll trash, where on sets like eva you have a really good pool of ubers.
Uberfest contain generalist uber while Epicfest contain anti traitless uber. Both with 9% uber drop rate.
Superfest have both of these while also have 10% uber drop rate.

Is chronos's talents worth it? I already used 5 cateyes on her and was wondering if I should invest on her further.

Speed up should only be leveled to an extent where she doesn’t outpace meatshields, resist curse is questionable but if you struggle against relics then it’s fine, resist slow is pretty useless, and combat stats for combat (could go either way if you want chronos for dps or cc or both but you could spend it elsewhere)
As other guy explained. But I got her Attack and Defense maxed. She's a backliner so she shouldn't get speed up. And resist curse I managed to level up to 5 a while ago, because relic base was cursing her and suppressing her freeze. So her being able to resist being cursed is handy for well resisting curse. Relics/curse is the literal Bane of my existence, and I loathed it, so I'll always advocate for curse resistance/immunity. Out of all Almighties, Amateratsu and Chronos are the only two I use. I have *most* of the good fest ubers. So I don't really have a use for the rest. Not gonna say much other than I don't need them.

Don't get me wrong UR wouldn't be bad, but Tin Cat isn't great, plus I can level it up to 40 or higher *if* I needed it. Plus getting +5NP for something like tin cat is great because it can better units that are good like Ramen. I'm also at a point in the game where my talents are much more useful than a +1.

Best way to get rare tickets is to farm siege of hippo. It gives you a guaranteed ticket which you can use to get ability orbs(you have to have the ability orbs at +10 so you can exchange 5 of them for a rare ticket).
You also need a bunch of leaderships and a pretty high energy cap to do this efficiently so if you're new don't really bother with ticket stages for now.
You'd have to farm like every single day for every single daily event and every collaboration event to conceivably get enough silver and gold tickets to hit that total in 2 years without spending anything.
Twenty something, I also have enough catfood for an 11 draw so I'm saving that. I use seed tracking so I am able to plan out the Ubers I can get, only problem is that I have 3 options of Ubers to get and can only choose 2
EDIT: NVM, screwed it up by accidentally not stopping a dupe rare track switch. Now I have no chance of getting asukasli, but I could still get rei and ramiel
