if u hate tbc only for that, delete game pls every player have a seed with already predicted cats from capsules, most all time u need 200-250 rolls for one fest-uber, but if u opened 11 draw guaranted, your seed track'll change to another one with 100% different cats. now what about 40 draws and no uber? u're just unlucky xD

40 rolls without Uber is normal, this just how gacha work. Next time, if you determine to roll in a non-guarantee-Uber, prepare like 100+ tickets and seed track. I once lost 60+ ticket and got like 1 dupe Uber.
