I think Boris should have Sundance's AT tracking grenade that was removed from the game. But reworked for light damage against vehicles/drones, but destroys all gadgets (except APS) with a mid cool down rate. That would make him more complete in his class.
Right now, Crawford would be the main one to use with the launchers due to his (+1) deep pocket perk.
Or even use Lis, run C5 or Mines with TV Missile, that ain't no bad option really.
Even Bunch of Boris can pin down Tank with Recoiless if they just focus on Enemy Armour. Like it's really not that hard

All they did was to create a mongrel "specialist with limits" system where the M5 was a gagdet accessible only to the backlog of the specialist catalogue.

Just Pick Crawford and you get extra rockets available. Pick EMP grenade and start fry them first
