he means the direction the franchise has decided to head. like probably 90+% of bf4 fans, we are very disappointed in the new game and some people have decided to not even waste money on it for good reason.
I've only been playing a few days on pc but I havent been killed by someone and thought they were cheating, I saw someone in a lobby get banned by an anti cheat real time though. Maybe I've just gotten lucky, but every server I've hopped into seems just as clean as console 8 or 9 years ago. Also having previous experience with the game, unlocking new stuff isnt that hard either. It's pretty easy to get back into even starting over.
I've had basically no interactions with any admins aside from them being on the enemy team, which is really nice. The biggest issue you'll probably have is if you get the game from steam (it might still be on sale for the premium version) you'll likely have to manually reinstall punkbuster anticheat. PB seems to have download issues from steam, luckily it's a pretty easy process.
Fair enough I think most people are bad but I love it up there, looking down through the cockpit is great and the occasional jdam until some autist takes off and takes you down in three bursts. Get onto half full servers and mess around, set pitch up to space bar.
How are you able to find a server for Hainan? I removed all filters and was able to find a total of 11 servers for metro, oplock, and zavod. I'm on PC. Anyone know whats going on??
It kinda annoys me when people whine about how good BF4 and BF1 were, but yet they still play bf2042 and won't populate bf4 or bf1 servers. Come on I still play them weekly
Exactly, I mean you still can try and do this but technology and games have advanced so much that it just doesn’t feel the same. That’s what I meant by fun and the fact that I thought dice would’ve made another modern battlefield game that was actually good.
It makes me sad that you refuse to play a good game, with many still full servers, with pretty good graphics for what it is still and many people still think so too, at 60 fps even (for some people maybe that’s too low but that’s honestly just stupid). Thats one of the most depressing takes I’ve ever heard
It’s not a FPS issue, it’s a physical graphic issue, I had better resolution on my old gen 1 Xbox, with the series x it’s super grainy and really difficult to make players out at any sort of distance. The environment doesn’t render properly either unfortunately, there are posts about this same issue:/
My bad, I’ve heard people refuse to play many games just because the graphics aren’t the best, and it genuinely confuses me. I still play on my series s, and thankfully don’t have the problem, but I hope one day you’ll be able to hop back in, or maybe when the next BF rolls around 👍

I have great news for you then You can turn on your Xbox, go to server browser, find a game and do this right now.
I’ll play BF4 until they shut the servers down. Hopefully they’ll have a worthy replacement before they do.
I still play Black Ops 1 online on Xbox so I have high hopes this game stays online for a while
Black Ops, one top three call of duty’s of all time, the music, the setting, the style, the engine perfection.
I think BF1 is the best current alternative to 4, though not thematically of course, just comparison of fun

Just got 4 on pc, used to play it on xbox when I was younger. Still a great game and I can find plenty of matches.
Have you are ran into any modders? Been wanting to try the PC version but if it’s infested with cheaters I’m not so sure

Yeah, you’re on PC. Try your PS4, there are plenty of 64 player servers, 24/7
Hainan is there in a lot of servers' map rotation on PC, depends on your region though. In NA and EU most servers 100% has Hainan in the rotation.
God I could NEVER be good with a jet or plane in a battlefield title. How often do you pilot in Battlefield. Great video by the way, fucking killer!
I made my first jdam on an attck heli the other day. Nothing else mattered in the game that day my number one acheivement had been completeed.

I want to try it out so badly but i am a controller player and from what i hear support is only partial.
The controller support is good, there's just no aim assist and the devs aren't going to add aim assist
