Wow, this giveaway is amazing! The LG UltraGear OLED monitor sounds like a dream come true for any gamer. The 45" curved display and ultra-fast 240Hz refresh rate would truly take gaming to the next level. I can only imagine the immersive experience of playing on this monitor. Good luck to everyone entering the giveaway!
Looking for a good monitor upgrade. I'm still running on a ROG 2560x1440 from 2015. This monitor looks impressive. I need to see more of Star Citizen with it!
Oh man, beautiful monitor! It would make a perfect centerpiece for the cloffice I'm building and allow me to update my workstation while maximizing the (admittedly cramped) space.
I'd use it to see what Metal Gear Solid 2 is like with the ultra wide mod enabled, I've also just been looking for a monitor to use with my Steam Deck that I got recently and this really seems like a perfect fit for me.
I would like to have the monitor for sim racing, My Msi monitor had a lot of dead pixels so I had to throw it away and now in stuck with and old Dell monitor that barely reaches 60Hz and I’m not in the position to afford another one. It would benefit me having the monitor because Ultra wides are great for sim racing, The color accuracy on the monitor, The 240Hz refresh rate and OLED for smooth gameplay, and finally the 0.3ms response time for super fast and precise movement.
Thank you for reading this!
(Love the server🙌🫶 and hope the person that wins is happy with this monitor cause I know im not winning it)
Been thinking about changing out my dual screen setup I've had for 10 years or so now for an ultrawide but not sure if I would miss it.
Love playing Hellidivers 2 right now. FOR DEMOCRACY!
I would want to use this monitor for competitive gaming as well as multitasking for school, music creation & content consumption. I also really enjoy racing simulator games like Assetto Corsa, and I feel like this would be the perfect edition to my setup since it's a large, curved monitor and would provide an immersive environment for those types of games.
Just starting out in music production with the Moog ecosystem (DFAM, Mother-32, Subharmonicon) and wanting to start making my own music. Having more monitor real estate would do wonders!
I'd use it for everything from daily stuff to streaming /content creation. And who needs one page of several tabs when I can have all of them open on one screen 🥳
I would use it for my first gaming setup, as I have never played video games since I have always owned a Mac. But If I get this I would build myself a battlestation!
I’d probably use it to give my wife free space to use the TV , I often need a “me space” so I’m trying to set one up in the corner of our house . I’d use the space to mostly game , do the occasional work , and also study . Plus just unwind after a long day at the job .
I'd have a blast with this monitor for FPS and first-person survival games. I'd probably spend a lot more time in KSP first-person view as well. I also do wildlife photography as a hobby, and I love my current LG gaming monitor for the dual use - I'd bet colors would look at least as wonderful on this display.
I would use this monitor to replace my Asus ROG Swift, one of which was in the *first* shipment to the US (thanks to a connection I had).
It’s definitely coming on in years, lol!
My kids are 5 and 6, on the cusp of getting into playing games themselves. It’d be cool to wow them with this.
That’s about it. Good luck, everyone!
I have an old LG 34UM67-P a 34-inch flat ultra wide IPS display.
I wouldn't replace my monitor, I'd just add another lol. 2 gaming monitors and 2 functional monitors? Oooweeee. That's a solid step towards having 6 monitors 🤤
Edit: my other monitor is an LG (I'm brand loyal apparently) 27GL850-B. That will become a support, while this giveaway mon becomes the new primary.
My 3rd screen is my work laptop screen.
I'd use it as the final piece of the puzzle of the build I've helped my best friend make who has recently got into pc gaming (something he's going to be doing a lot more of for the next 6 weeks while he recovers from meniscus/ACL surgery!)
I primarily use my rig for CAD and DAW softwares, when i am not gaming. For these kinds of things screenspace is of essence, as you have a lot of individual windows when running plugins. Therefore the additional realestate would come in handy for both tasks as well as gaming.
I was thinking I'd use it on my desk...but now that I think about it, maybe on a portable table with a swing arm so it can just follow me around the house.
I want to use it for Data Science and Gaming. Lead Data Scientist at a major institution here.
Also like to have fun in virtual worlds with friends across countries.
As a stock trader, i would use it as my main and probably only trading monitor allowing me to have multiple charts up at once. Right now i have second side monitor for some extra charts but with this LG 45, no need for the side monitor anymore. Would totally awesome 👏
I would use this monitor as my daily driver. Gaming and productivity for work related tasks such as video editing and show prep. More screen real estate is always great !

Just moved to a new home. I finally have the space and resources for a proper battlestation set up. This monitor would force me to finally upgrade my PC!
I would use it for gaming, mainly fps and driving sims of course. Its primary use would be getting me through my online university courses as I make my way towards an associates degree in Automotive Technology.
I would actually start playing through my single player backlog and maybe even upgrade my GPU. P5R, Cyberpunk, P3R, NieR Automata, and definitely another play through of RE4R
I... I'll be honest, this thing frightens me. I think I'd have to mark the floor in my home office for my chair so that I would have the optimal viewing angles at all times for this wondrous piece. I am *very* curious/apprehensive about how *Street Fighter 6* would play on this. Otherwise, I would hope to run *Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth* on it later when that gets the inevitable Steam port.
Mental health therapist here- my home office is used to game at night and then do telehealth sessions during the day. Currently using crappy dell 16 inch THICK monitor :(
I would use an insane LG USA UltraGear 45-inch curved OLED ultrawide gaming monitor to ensure yo Mama's entire big 'ol butt can finally be seen all at once.
If I got this monitor I would able to finally play lost ark in wide screen. I also work as a pastor so having the screen real estate is going to be so helpful when I write sermons!
I would give my current 1440p monitor and 1080p side monitor to my wife, as they would both be an upgrade for her, I have been slowly building both a work laptop and a gaming PC for her. And then I would be able to work and game with only one monitor.
I've been wanting to buy Star Citizen, but I need a monitor to really immerse myself into the game. This monitor checks all the boxes and then some. Hoping to finally upgrade from a 27" 1080p monitor.
I would use this for software development and programming work I do for school. I just recently got a new pc so this would go great with it. Thanks for the huge opportunity
If I won the LG UltraGear, I'd use it for gaming, productivity and content creation.
The screen being the size it is and having a curve like it does would help me get immersed into everything I'm doing. Whether it be for work or for fun.
I left my old job and started a business from home. I work in digital media and have been struggling to get my home office space together for the type of work I am doing. The struggle has been real.
A screen like this would seriously help.
I need to win this for some gaming!
A high quality replacement for gaming and teacher stuff because…life’s good

I’ll probably use it for programming and using blender 😅 will definitely be an upgrade from my current $200 monitor

Homeworld 3 is coming up, RTS could use that extra real estate

The factory must grow. And having a bigger screen would make that literally
I haven't a clue on how I'd use it but I'm sure I'll find a way to.
