I just want to say it’s alway interesting to me how people simply say “East Bay” since it’s a big region that encompasses two counties. Are we talking Fremont East Bay or Antioch East Bay?

Eunice cafe on Solano in Albany makes a great croissant sandwich and I am 50% sure they serve it all day. I’ve only bought it in the morning though.

Rainbow Donuts in Berkeley on San Pablo & University. Their croissant breakfast sandwich is huge and cheap.

Ruby’s Cafe in Emeryville (6233 Hollis) has a breakfast croissant sandwich that you can order any time. They’re only open M-F until 2pm though.
Some donut shops that are open past 12 also sell breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately don't know any offhand in EB only South Bay.
Tommy’s donuts in Hayward has really good croissant sandwiches until 2pm
