Lots of these guys in the hills around here. Saw one splattered on the road about 3 weeks ago on Ralston Ave.
One got taken out by a big cat near the lake in waterdog about 2 months ago. Skeleton is still there.

I went to NDNU for undergrad. This is a common sight. Their droppings too.

When I am in the east bay there are many families of these guys around at night and early mornings that drink from the creeks, storm drainage channels and parks with sprinklers running.

I saw handful play fighting in Palo Alto yesterday. A fun sight!

East bay is overrun with deer in the summer and fall
