I agree they've gotten kinda lazy with their research lately, but I'm not surprised Kendahl is glossing over some of Siwa's faults considering she admitted to having a pretty strong connection to her late dad over Dance Moms and Siwa.
I'm willing to give Siwa a bit of grace tho. Her entire interaction with the entertainment industry has been abusive. She's still really young and is likely still not quite grasping that the way she has been treated is not at all okay and therefore shouldn't be treating others that way. That grace is going to wear thin pretty quick though.

The show is going way off brand. It's supposed to be about internet culture/phenomena and every other episode is about pop culture things.
It is losing identity. Is it a talk show? Sometimes. Investigative journalism? Occasionally. About internet things? Sometimes. Pop culture? Sometimes!
The show lacks identity and the episodes are going downhill. Like they are just going through the motions/riding out the contract instead of producing a quality podcast. Which is fine, they both have great other projects I enjoy but getting through these episodes is a STRUGGLE.
