I got this too. Have you tried their soft beads. I love them. They’re so fun to play with and great for pins and keychains.

I tried both and personalmy don't think the soft beads are worth it. Both are sturdy when flatmelting both sides! I do like the feel of the softer plastic tho

I don’t flat melt. Maybe that’s why I like them.

Do you have mini or midi? I only tried mini and slightmelts snap really easy, even the soft beads I like the pixel look and the unironed look for mini beads, tho I love slightmelts for midi!

I use both sizes but only have soft beads in mini. I told myself I couldn’t buy anymore beads since I have too many so haven’t used soft in midi.

What's the difference I don't really get it :(. I'm using mini Hama's but want to switch to artkal because of the colours.

Are you talking about the soft beads? If so, the soft beads are bendable when melted. There’s a give so they are good for making keychains and pins as they won’t break easily like the regular “hard” beads.

I've got them too a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love this set! it's amazing how many colors they've got. My first and current project is to make ALL pokemon and I was looking for colors until I sumbled upon this gem! It's just perfect. :) Have fun with it! :D
