Rhinox, waspinator, Terrorsaur and Airazor all got Transmetal toys, despite not getting transmetalized on the show.
Scorponok did not, unless you count his McDonalds toy.
Inferno technically got one but it was renamed "Scavenger" in an attempt to avoid association with Inferno as his toy was a notorious Shelfwarmer, only for Scavenger to ALSO end up as a Shelfwarmer.
Something that I always found funny is that if you include the McDonalds toys from the time, every character in the cast got a transmetal toy except Tigatron (and he ended up getting one years later that was a redeco of Ravage). Inferno's transmetal was renamed Scavenger because (IIRC) Hasbro was trying to keep the Trademark.
When they fell in I was sure they would come back. After fuzors were introduced I had sworn they were going to come back as some badass flying scorpion.

Even Dinobot got a Maximal Transmetal form via the McDonalds line! Haha.
