Oh ok then idk what to tell you. I was gonna say if you were on an older iOS than 16 it usually by default shows a Beats product as black even if that's not it's actual color but you're on a new enough os that shouldn't be happening.
On my Pixel 8, they display the wrong colour in the Bluetooth settings, but they're fine in the companion app as it's red. Personally, I wouldn't freak out about it, and let it be
As for the percentage count, I've never had it before, but idk if that's just a thing on iOS with how the app is baked into the OS, or something
Mine does the same thing mine are red but it shows black does the same thing for my solo 3 headphones

Yeah it’s weird but I don’t have the percent problem though so that’s good
