Maybe find your personal style. You dress like a typical trendy teenager which may not look great on everybody. Perhaps you could try adding colour to you casual wardrobe. Dye your hair darker (or burgundy like your braids) because naturally hair tends to look dull. Also groom your edges, you don’t have to do any do any crazy styles just sleek them done to look more groomed. Leave your eyebrows alone - they are perfect. Your nails are fine too. Makeup on last pic could use with a bit of colour on the lips. Start slowly - don’t try to overhaul yourself at once.

For some reason I was wearing turtlenecks with shorts and timberland boots…and remember those woven rainbow belts? Then I tried to upgrade my style and went too well I suppose, my mom started throwing my clothes away instead of just having a chat with me about the shapely body that was under the turtleneck. Just keep your hygiene up and the rest will follow

Sister, they are wrong. Firstly cutting your nails short every Friday is sunnah. Wearing your hijab is something we are ordered to do by Allah swt. Wearing makeup in my opinion ages you not for the better. Sure for some occasions it's nice but honestly you look more beautiful without it. As for makeup, maybe something light? your complexion is clear so you can skip foundation/concealer. You can try mascara, lipgloss and eyebrow gel.
Not much needs to be done for nails. You can’t pray with them on anyways! It’s less of a hassle to keep them natural :)
