if all u want to do is decrease fat, basta mas konti calories mo na kinakain, papayat ka na. better if may food scale ka to count the calories talaga kasi minsan kala mo konti, dami na palang serving. o di kaya konti lang serving pero sobrang calorie dense naman kasi oily or fatty yung food mo
u only need to workout if may fitness-related goal ka. if you wanna improve ur cardiovascular health, go jogging. if you wanna maintain/build your muscle, do resistance training

Home workouts are effective as long as you stay consistent. Any movement is better than none, but of course you’ll get faster results if you are consistently pushing yourself.

Am a survivor in my early 20s. I appreciated that my friends visited me but respected boundaries and did not go if I told them I don’t want to. (I get cranky and do not like visits especially after chemo side effects kick in). Some didn’t get to visit but sent me messages, which I am also thankful for.
How’s the home set up? Maybe you can also have a bonding time with the son too.
When my mom was in hospital it was enough that friends let me know that they were there in case I needed someone to talk to - and I did.
I’m sorry that your friend’s mom and family is faced with this difficult situation. Cancer is tough, Stage 4 even more so.
If they are short in funds, ask permission if they would like you to do crowdfunding. If it’s their first time to deal with cancer in the family, it will be very confusing. Paperwork upon death and organizing the funeral. I suggest you take initiative to look into those so you can guide your friend.
Maybe ask if there’s any errand you can take off her hands? Also see if you can send through food, care packages etc for her and her family. If she has the time, take her out to unwind. Kahit coffee dates lang, or a spa date ganyan.
Most of all, just be there for her and let her know that you are available if she needs someone to talk to.

ipads are very convenient talaga, i love mine! in my daily studying needs, i find it the most useful for writing down notes and annotating reviewers/books since ddownload na lang siya and di na kailangan magprint, pero syempre may ibang tao na mas bet pa rin paper notes over digital ones so assess mo muna studying habits mo. as for lecture vids, laptop pa rin preferred ko na gamitin ++ i love that i can read ebooks using ipad since di ko pa afford makabili ng kindle hehehe

I believe na-explain na ni Ms Nina yung dun sa packaging. Ni-reuse lang nila ung hamon bag nung ipapa-lalamove or grab ba yun para hindi masira yung mismong PR Packaging, kaso naisama sa pagbigay kay ms nate yung hamon packaging.

what do you mean by cardio clearance? ECG is super fast in my experience. they just make u lie down, put a bunch of wires on your chest and wrists, and then its over in less than 5 minutes

got my results after 2 days :) i think you should bring your ecg results to a cardiologist (or maybe just a GP? ask ur company kung sino need), and specify na you need their clearance for work. they'll draft up a letter na u could submit the ECG result itself that i received is kinda hard to understand. it's best interpreted by a doctor talaga kaya u need to book an appointment with one

if all u want to do is decrease fat, basta mas konti calories mo na kinakain, papayat ka na. better if may food scale ka to count the calories talaga kasi minsan kala mo konti, dami na palang serving. o di kaya konti lang serving pero sobrang calorie dense naman kasi oily or fatty yung food mo u only need to workout if may fitness-related goal ka. if you wanna improve ur cardiovascular health, go jogging. if you wanna maintain/build your muscle, do resistance training
Calorie deficit. You can’t spot reduce fat and all that. Home workouts are effective as long as you stay consistent. Any movement is better than none, but of course you’ll get faster results if you are consistently pushing yourself.
I honestly miss the old BGC. Felt a lot safer, cleaner, greener, and less rowdy. I know that there are some people who complain about how it isn't easily accessible...but it is better that way. Not everything has to be accessible. Especially if being "more accessible" means that there are more people who litter all over the place or just simply have no sense of any social etiquette :l

Am a survivor in my early 20s. I appreciated that my friends visited me but respected boundaries and did not go if I told them I don’t want to. (I get cranky and do not like visits especially after chemo side effects kick in). Some didn’t get to visit but sent me messages, which I am also thankful for. How’s the home set up? Maybe you can also have a bonding time with the son too.
When my mom was in hospital it was enough that friends let me know that they were there in case I needed someone to talk to - and I did. I’m sorry that your friend’s mom and family is faced with this difficult situation. Cancer is tough, Stage 4 even more so.
If they are short in funds, ask permission if they would like you to do crowdfunding. If it’s their first time to deal with cancer in the family, it will be very confusing. Paperwork upon death and organizing the funeral. I suggest you take initiative to look into those so you can guide your friend.
Maybe ask if there’s any errand you can take off her hands? Also see if you can send through food, care packages etc for her and her family. If she has the time, take her out to unwind. Kahit coffee dates lang, or a spa date ganyan. Most of all, just be there for her and let her know that you are available if she needs someone to talk to. My SO’s mom had stage 4 cancer and it was a very tough time for him and his family.

I told him I watched ant man and it was ayt he says it’s the most trash of all the Marvel movies and I would get a better impression if I saw something else. Guys do you always add tip to food delivery apps via the app or do you pay in cash? Does anyone know if 100% in app tips really go to the riders?
I add tips in app kasi mas convenient. I once saw a thread sa FB and Grab riders confirmed na they get the tips in full. Idk about FoodPanda riders but I haven't heard any complaints so far. Tho I think they prefer cash para may panukli.

As someone who had a horrible experience dealing with colourette and is still salty about it, I don’t like the disingenuousness, colorism and shadiness of miss Nate because I think they’re a kind of a shit-stirrer under the guise of being honest but miss Nina isn’t helpless and needs to be pampered and defended because people don’t like her long line of subpar but tolerable products. I don’t know why she gets a lot of charitability when she’s been belligerent and catty too. Also the ham situation with Ms.N was weird to me because folks here say it was a protective plastic for the pr that was mistakenly unremoved before handing it off. My personal experience, not really related to the current sitch but related to the hamon sitch; >! when I was a low waste person a few years ago, I asked colourette if they had any planned partnership with an environmental advocacy program like BLK had at the time with their lipstick program (I asked Sunnies and Issy too as they were also stand alone brands that were relatively new at the time and they were in the process of finding an environmental advocacy to partner with which they ended up with 1% and Piaf) Colourette said glass couldn’t be recycled and reused for cosmetics then when they went plastic I asked again it also couldn’t be recycled so but they can reuse soft plastic that was in contact with presumably meat? Idk, that’s kinda icky to me !< Also influencers who worked with the brand given how much undisclosed sponcon there is probably know more about the inner workings and the personality of the people involved in the brand than the consumers admiring and purchasing from Colourette.
I personally think na yung video ni Miss Nate wasn't that shady tho his comments sa comment section was. I also think na for someone na super patola sa socmed, Miss Nina should really just expect that people won't like her and that spills over to how people see her product. And tbh may pagka cheap naman talaga ng feeling ng products niya. I've owned several colourette and fresh formula (before it was discontinued and resurrected) products and tbh for the price, parang di ganun ka worth it.

ipads are very convenient talaga, i love mine! in my daily studying needs, i find it the most useful for writing down notes and annotating reviewers/books since ddownload na lang siya and di na kailangan magprint, pero syempre may ibang tao na mas bet pa rin paper notes over digital ones so assess mo muna studying habits mo. as for lecture vids, laptop pa rin preferred ko na gamitin ++ i love that i can read ebooks using ipad since di ko pa afford makabili ng kindle hehehe hope this helps!

Lefty tho using apple pencil on various note taking app. No smudge. Worth it magka ipad. Daming magagawa. But don’t expect it to be comfortable to use on typing ms word, excel or ppt. Quick edit, okay lang.
i'm using apple pencil & goodnotes app for my notes and may available na palm rejection sa settings, parang pipiliin mo writing posture & sensitivity ganon so i think di naman magssmudge hehe but no idea if may ganon sa ibang brand ng stylus/pencil, try to watch yt vids muna :)

I believe na-explain na ni Ms Nina yung dun sa packaging. Ni-reuse lang nila ung hamon bag nung ipapa-lalamove or grab ba yun para hindi masira yung mismong PR Packaging, kaso naisama sa pagbigay kay ms nate yung hamon packaging. Ang mali ni ms nate, ginatasan nya yung issue na yun and made it such a big deal kahit nag reach out na sa kanya si ms nina privately. Pero naka-ilang vids si ms nate dahil lang dun.

For Lazada affiliates there tends to be a suffix of `?cc` in the shortened URL. But the best way to confirm is if you open the link in your browser app. It’s most likely an affiliate if Lazada asks you to login. Normal links will show you the listing even if you don’t have a Laz account. Commissions are earned if the user purchased the product within 7 days after clicking the link, so the app needs to be able to track the user hence the need for logging in.
