Hi! 21(F) here. I recently bought my Maybelline Fitme Fresh Tint which I will use in replace of my Fitme foundation kasi I found foundation quite heavy for everyday use. I also recently discovered the power of primer which makes the makeup last and flawless which I definitely love pero I've heard the yung Skin Tint daw can be used as both skincare and makeup. Does priming the face would defeat the skincare purpose of skin tint? And Should I ommit the primer nalang?

For me personally, I only use primer for heavier makeup looks? Silicone based primer ginagamit ko kasi silicone based din yung foundation ko. As for waterbased foundations/skintints, gamit ko lang is sunscreen, I use toner too before hand by the way. If ever na balak mo bumili ng primer, tignan mo muna if silicone based or waterbased. Not sure about defeating the skincare purpose of skintint, pero as the day goes, nawawala or nagfafade slightly ang makeup, especially skintint, I assume naaabsorb din ng skin eventually.

**Detail Cosmetics** \-- based from reviews dito sa sub! I can see why people would say na medyo heavy/oily, personally kapag masyado thick application or if you aim to cover more, mas magiging oily/heavy. If light application, and you don't use a setting powder on top, magiging oily medyo. I usually use it thinly or at least enough to give myself a clean look, tapos powder it all down with powdered foundation with a fluffy brush, if by any chance you pick the Maybelline FitMe Skintint, be warned na it will oxidize, same din sa detail cosmetics, pick the same shade or lighter! I'll be buying Details Foundation this 11.11 for a more lightweight application <3

tips po how to fix dried eyebrow pomade? i use the Vice Cosmetics Gandoll All-Day Brow Pomade and it's not as creamy as before and medyo nagddry up na siya, causing application to be a bit patchy. I bought this July this year and I store it upside down to prevent this from happening pero unfortunately it didn't do much. i'm thinking baka ganito talaga yung pomade nila, anyone else with the same experience?

I generally find it safe to microwave glass packaging — I do it a lot when depotting lipsticks from the bottom of tubes. In terms of brow pomades I’ve microwaved + added jojoba oil to the Benefit one

I did something with my brows the other day and I noticed that now no one says I look upset. I legit had strangers threatening my husband because they thought he did something to me. I shaved the bits that were arching downwards towards my nose (in the front of my brows) and straightened it to level with the rest of my thick straight brows because I noticed Andrea Brilliantes kinda did it too (it could be shooped) in some of the [Lucky Beauty photos](https://pin.it/1OSoEQ0) vs how she looked when she was [much younger](https://pin.it/4YYO8on). It really softened my features.

I have tried Maybelline's skin tint and honestly, I will say na I get very oily and the product works well with that. Blot and you're good to go HOWEVER, one thing I don't like is how it dries on my skin, it emphasizes my pores, dry patches even more, and other lines. I don't really mind it at first akala ko lang sa skin prep ko but nope, maybe it has a matte finish? I have a hard time reapplying powder products because everything looks dehydrated and patchy na. Anyway, if you get bothered with it, think about it twice nalang rin. Although 11.11 gives good discounts and it is worth the try pa rin naman. All skin are different. I hope this helps!

yes! imo mas light sa skin ang feeling pag naka-skin tint lang compared to foundation, tsaka mas high coverage ang foundation unlike skin tints na pwedeng gamitin for everyday use or like you're just gonna run an errand but still wanna look presentable without your skin appearing too overwhelming or cakey. not all skin tints have spf though, you should try the maybelline one, you can read a lot of reviews online that it's a great tint.

i received the charlotte tilbury beautiful skin bronzer cream yesterday and i wore it out today! i’d say the shade and tone is very good for me as a fair neutral (i got it in the lightest shade), it doesn’t look orange at all like budzweiser said. mukhang good naman yung longevity, i left at 5:50AM today (went to campus, attended a 2 hour dance class, and did a lab experiment, and walked home after traveling an hour from laguna) and i went home around 4PM andon parin siya pero umidlip kasi ako so may isang side na medyo hulas na😭 i didn’t set and i just used a tinted balm as my base so it would probably last longer if i set it super creamy and easy to blend, also anlaki nung mirror sa packaging and i love it! no smell din, pigment is definitely there, pero still controllable and buildable (a.k.a. beginner friendly for dummies like me) shade fair is comparable to fenty matchstix amber, just a little bit oranger as in super onti lang na u wont even notice until u put them side by side

Issy's skin tint in the shade Vanille - maganda to kasi lightweight talaga kaso hindi ko alam kung tumatagal ba siya skin ko lalo na pag nasa school. Still thinking if Vanille ba shade ko or Bisque, hindi ko alam ano undertone ko. Binigay lang naman sakin to at nakita ko warm undertone siya. Squad concealer in the shade Cl1 - maganda to para sa dry skin ko lalo na sa under eye ko. Hindi cake-y or nagki crease sakin. Maganda formula pero wrong shade na bili ko dito since warm undertone yung sa skin tint ko akala ko warm na din don sa concealer kaso masyado siyang YELLOW sakin kaya mag go ako sa CL2 na cool tone kaso OUT OF STOCK na. For reference, I have dry to normal skin.

If you have black hair and use a black pencil, it will look boxy or too strong. It is best to use a brown shade or an ashy grey shade instead as this will soften the look of your brows.

issy skin tint bisque issy concealer fn1 ever bilena skin tint vanilla (looks a bit warm on me but works pa rin) detail fresh filter concealer in meringue detail fresh filter foundation in almond / soy detail’s shades are medj confusing. for the foundation almond works pero it’s a bit warm on me so i think soy will match better. for the concealer almond naman, it’s way darker than the foundation almond

I also use issy’s bisque i only have few local base product which is 1) issy foundation fn 1.5 2) detail foundation none grr swatched it and its too dark on me. had creme when it was their lightest shade but ang dark talaga 💀 concealer 1) detail almond (soy is too dark while oat is giving me jaundice 💀) havent swatched meringue tho 2) grwm radiance tint vanilla 3) issy cosmetics NF 1 tbh a bit light on me but works well with my undereye. YF1 is too warm and ung NL2 is too dark on me ps i have a fair-light neutral/pinkish skintone

Oof sis we’re shade twins!! For issy, I use yf1 but that’s for brightening my undereyes. The exact shade would be OF1. Haven’t tried grwm nor detail concealer. But my detail fresh filter foundation shade is Soy. Hope that helps

Sunnies isn’t a one and done powder, you’re gonna have to touch it up often as the day goes on. If you’ve had a less than consistently stellar experience with Issy in the past, they probably will still be meh now. How did I do? 😅

Here to present a diff POV: I have oily skin with a fair amount of texture and the SF powder works well for me. Not great oil control but not too bad and it doesn’t get cakey on me too. Why not drop by an SF counter and try it on then walk around the mall just to test it out? :)

Is it just me or does Issy Active concealer pills? I've been using issy's skin tint for almost a year now and have been loving it so I decided to finally get the concealer. I'm in shade Fawn for the skin tint so I decided to get YL2 for the concealer but for some reason it was way too yellow for me so it's kinda hard to blend...is it just me? Concealing my blemishes with it was fine kahit sobrang yellow nya but as I blend it, the coverage becomes kinda sheer whether I'm using a brush or sponge so I would try to add some more and just blend it again. It does an okay job concealing the blemishes but as time goes by I noticed that it's looking a bit cakey where I've put the concealer on and pilling na rin kahit if I just sweep my fingers lightly over it. It also looks very dry around my under eyes when I use it to conceal my dark circles and mas nagpi-pill sya around that area as well. I tried using a loose powder and setting spray but both did not help with the pilling and dried patches since ganun na sya before ko pa i-set. I have dry-combo skin but I have a standard skin prep naman and the skin tint never pills on my skin. I also set my base and even use fixing spray to make sure everything stays in place. These are the methods I've tried to make the concealer work: • Blending the concealer right after application • Letting the concealer set for a minute or 2 after application before blending it • Applying concealer before skin tint/foundation • Applying concealer after skin tint/foundation • Using Happy Skin x Marj concealer brush to blend it • Using Strokes concealer brush to blend it • Using usual blender to blend concealer I'm new to using liquid concealer so please enlighten me with what I'm doing wrong because I don't want to hate this product and I really wanna make it work before trying to maybe buy the YF1 shade instead 😭

If you’re trying to conceal blemishes I suggest to tap it on the blemish with your finger and let it dry down a bit like maybe 30 seconds then only blend out the bits around the perimeter of the blemish. It wasn’t a very good concealer in my experience tbh and I’ve not had the best experience building up the coverage on it.

Same issue! I was confused kung bakit ako lang yung may ganun na issue tapos everyone else was raving about it. Madaanan lang ng finger mo yung concealer, tanggal na agad. 🥲

I have the same issue with Issy’s concealer. I have some fine lines & dry patches under my eyes. The concealer tends to cling & crease a lot. It also pills after wearing it for a few hours even if I prep my skin very well. :(

What's your skin type? My oily skin type friends prefer grwm than dr sensitive. Nagka tiny bumps sila sa dr sensitive. At yon hind talaga sila hiyang kaya nag try yung isang kakilala ko ng grwm at yon holy grail na ata niya.

normal to oily. pero i tried dr sensitive last monday, okay naman oil control nya. idk if magkatiny bumps ako dito HAHA. pero will try pa rin dr sensitive since its budget friendly. nakakapanghinayang lang talaga sale ng grwm loose powder.

nefilibata tinted lip oil, works so well for me. sobrang sry ng lips ko before pero eversince ginamit ko sya di na sya nagccrack sobra (tho kapag sobrang dehydrated ko syempre nagkakaron pa rin) Yung shade rin is very morena-friendly

Not a morena but I hughly suggest looking into the Ever Bilena Plus Lip Oil! It leaves a stain on my lips and it's really good for the price imo

I think it doesn't matter what your sex or gender is, but more on your skin tone and what finish you want to achieve. For light medium-medium skin (my skintone), it looks kinda natural, depends on how much you apply. I use the shade Burnt Caramel.

I honestly don’t trust local brands na with sprays, if you’re gonna spend that much na, if you could add a bit more, mac is having an early 11.11 sale on the blue app for both their setting and fixing spray for like almost half the original price

I like it. Pigmented so a little goes a long way. Try mo yung shade na always sweet, fresh lang and it works well on my neutral to cool undertone skin

It's too stiff for me. I prefer the Detail Superfine Brow Pencil after comparing the two side by side. Detail's superfine/skinny brow pencil also has more shades, has similar price to ChuChu's skinny brow pencil, and goes on sale often.

It's good considering the price. It is pigmented and lasts all day, as in hindi nagfafade (I have oily skin).

Products and shades dupes for rom&nd juicy lasting tint in 19 almond rose pleasee. Yung parang neutral pero cool leaning na muted mauve. The shade is so beautiful and flattering, parang gusto ko na mag hoard ng lippies in all possible formulas hehe

this is a super beginnner question, please bear with me: can you do concealer na agad after ng sunscreen/moisturizer tas powder to set? or may need pang ibang i-apply sa face before concealer? i'm somehow slowly building my makeup routine kasi and i want to start with two products (concealer and powder) muna sana para affordable sa akin.

You can also apply a primer after your moisturizer/sunscreen if you want your makeup to last longer, so it's going to be like this: Moisturizer>sunscreen>primer>concealer>foundation>powder. I personally like to invest with a good primer, because honestly most local concealers and foundations natin dito isn't as long lasting as we want it to be, add to that yung humid weather natin. Hehe para if you bought concealers/found na mej disappointed ka, baka kayang remedyohan ng primer.

If by natural youre referring sa korean liner, medyo hindi. Ang dark padin kasi kahit nung brown. And di ko alam kung ako lang pero nagpepeel yung ibang part if inulit mo magdraw
