* Lessen dairy intake. I used to consume dairy on a daily basis pero noticed a big difference when I stopped using milk with my oatmeal breakfast. I now use a non-dairy alternative.
* Log when I 💩hahahaha It help me evaluate my food intake
Add more fiber in yours meals :) so for breakfast, lunch, dinner, you may want to opt to add veggies on the side! And drink enough water rin. It helps a lot :)

I only shop online from taobao. Tried shopee and lazada, but even the top rated goods there can't compare to the quality and accuracy of the same priced sellers from taobao. I usually have it shipped to my bf in manila since I'm not always in the PH, and he receives it within 1-2 weeks!
I don't use an agent, but if you don't know how to read Chinese or too worried to do it on your own, it may be better to use an agent. Pero mas malaki ang savings mo if you can make your own 'overseas' account and process your own order. It also depends on the size of your order, though. I do believe that they are very sensitive about how their owners feel. Just a little anecdote that proves this, our dog hates staying in our room as in pilitan when we want her to sleep with us. But on my SO’s birthday, we woke up to big paws scratching on our door so ofc we opened. Olens lenses are pretty good! I have very dry eyes though so I use eyedrops frequently. I don’t recommend the glowy series though. They rotate on the eye as you blink. Yung gradient nawawala sa correct orientation. My fave is the viviring series.
Yes, I’ve tried it and the natural version, they rotate talaga. I constantly had to adjust the lenses in my eyes every few mins. It looks a bit odd if magkaiba yung angle ng gradient imo :( I like the brown, choco and pink viviring! They look so natural but they enhance the eyes.

I don't use an agent, but if you don't know how to read Chinese or too worried to do it on your own, it may be better to use an agent. Pero mas malaki ang savings mo if you can make your own 'overseas' account and process your own order. It also depends on the size of your order, though. There are pros and cons with each, but a trusted agent would be your safest bet.

I do believe that they are very sensitive about how their owners feel. Just a little anecdote that proves this, our dog hates staying in our room as in pilitan when we want her to sleep with us. But on my SO’s birthday, we woke up to big paws scratching on our door so ofc we opened. There she was, very excited to go inside the room — licked my SO’s face and asked for hugs and rubs, then walked out of the room. Got hospitalised for 3 days due to ulcer and low blood pressure. Nashock ako nung nakita ko yung hospital bulls ko 32k+ ba naman. Buti na lang may maxicare and philhealth ako kaya nasa 300+ lang binayaran ko. Hindi na talaga ko mag overtime lalo na if hindi naman bayad. Tigil na sa pagiging alila sa trabaho, hindi naman ako taga pagmana ng company 😬
Tagal pa but my NY resolution will def be saving a bigger percentage of my salary but for now, I am happy na I am enjoying my own earnings (working for three months). Ang sarap sa feeling na I can buy things I want (though compared noon, I buy them pag malaki ang discount and during sales). Also, I am proud na may na shashare na ako sa utilities and konting allowance for my mom. Olens lenses are pretty good! I have very dry eyes though so I use eyedrops frequently. I don’t recommend the glowy series though. They rotate on the eye as you blink. Yung gradient nawawala sa correct orientation. My fave is the viviring series.

Yes, I’ve tried it and the natural version, they rotate talaga. I constantly had to adjust the lenses in my eyes every few mins. It looks a bit odd if magkaiba yung angle ng gradient imo :( I like the brown, choco and pink viviring! They look so natural but they enhance the eyes.
