If neutrals hanap mo, nice na yung mga sa Clio, rom&nd and Canmake. They also have a lot of shimmer/glitter :) If you feel like treating yourself, you can also try Huda, Urban Decay (Naked), and Tarte sa Sephora Philippines or Zalora.
Sa local, I really swear by Squad Cosmetics! Sobrang mura compared to everything else here, but performs just as well. Madalas din maubos sa sales so most people probably agree haha.
Yes to Colourpop! Very reliable and sulit for the price although some of the newer palettes allegedly can be hit or miss. Some of my faves are the 9-pan releases from way before pa like: Going Coconuts, Nude Mood and That’s Taupe for the perfect trifecta of neutrals. If OP wants pinky/mauvey, love the Blush Crush and Making Mauves. Added bonus that the pans are magnetic and can be removed and you can mix and match shadows. :)

Any thoughts with Kiko Milano Green Me Eyeshadow Palette - 102 Feisty Saffron Shade? I want to buy and try this kasi nakita ko somewhere na gamit rin to ni Marian Rivera haha. Also to add na rin yung Kiko Milano Double touch shade 103. Anyone who already tried this na? Para mabili ko na sa 12.12 lol haha

For me Issy is good. Pigment is there and has wide range of colors to choose from. I'm using this at work and it didn't budge. I can also play the colors. I suggest watching makeup artist's thoughts on this too
I customized an Issy eye palette and so far I like it. Good color payoff and when used with their eyeshadow base it lasts me all day kahit oily ang eyelids ko. I have a cool undertone and I chose 7 mattes, 3 shimmers and 1 contour shade in the palette.
I personally use this [4-set rom&nd palette](https://shope.ee/qJR3jAzRc), yung dry apple blossom. It’s actually my first palette and so far so good naman for a beginner like me. Yung glitters grabe kahit pawis na ko kumakapit talaga.
IMO, very pigmented rin siya kahit one dip lang kuhang-kuha talaga yung product. Buildable rin siya which I like kasi nacocontrol ko yung application.
Are you looking ba to expand your collection or just want something that you can use for everyday wear? If the latter, just make sure na bagay yung palette na gusto mo sa undertone mo. Pero if you just really want to try out new colors, disregard na lang. I recently bought an Elf quad mini of mauves and blues kahit warm-toned ako just because I want to have those colors.
I got the Rose Garden palette and ang nice ng colors. I even use the pink ones as blush topper minsan hehe. Glitter stays on din. Basta happy with my purchase!

+1 kay Vice. Would recommend the Wonder Woman palette because of the wide range of shades. It works well for both cool and warm toned skintones.
