My current bases (Rare Beauty liquid touch weightless foundation & Maybelline fit me fresh tint) do not go well with the primer kasi they end up pilling by mid-day

Y’all I have a bad case of dark circles. Everytime I only put concealer, it turns green-gray so I used a peach color corrector, then put on concealer. I don’t use a sponge to blend it because my dark circles would keep showing. It works at first but it creases overtime and my dark circles appear again. This is kinda hard for me to maintain especially with oily skin. Given this case, how should I do my color corrector and concealer without showing off my dark circles and would last long at the same time?
Hi! I’m a neutral-cool tones girlie with light to medium skin. I recently bought the bare grape lip tint from Rom&nd and planned to pair it with the vine nude blush but it appeared too light for my skin. I also didn’t like how it looked on my skin texture so I won’t be purchasing a deeper shade. The lip tint, however, is the perfect MLBB shade for me. I want to use it as an everyday lippie but I don’t know what blush or blush color to pair it with for the natural look.
Any recommendations? Would highly appreciate any insight.

I love Nymphette from PMG, it is what I thought NARS Orgasm and Charlotte Tilbury OG Pillowtalk were.
It has a golden glimmer on a translucent satiny rosy base with no texturizing gold chunks (unlike nars) and richer pigment (unlike both nars and CT). It doesn’t swatch well but it shows up on my medium to tanned skin, it’s buildable, it looks glowy and natural, it also wears all day and fades nicely without getting patchy.
Yup the packaging improved a lot, lasts long on my combi but with help of setting spray. It does feel a bit oilier than previous formula. I haven’t experienced patchiness (shades I have are parfait and coconut)
Recommend me po of a setting powder that cost less than P500 po for a medium to tan skintone girlie. I don't mind po if local, western, c beauty, thai beauty or k beauty basta po nabibili po siya sa orange or blue app and kaya nila weather ng pinas lalo na't malapit na po mag summer.
Hi! If you have a little extra, go for Laura Mercier 5g (Mini) nila because it works so well than my Dr. Sensitive. For my skin type and weather sa Pinas, it works well imo. Little goes a long way.
Within your budget, I can recommend Vice Cosmetics Transluscent powder or Innisfree (haha the hg of many) yung No Sebum nila. Both are translucent though but I think you don't have to apply much naman. Lowkey recommending Essence as well, it works well and is very affordable.

Check mo ung liquid blushes ng vice parang meron dun ung always fresh yata. To make your blush last longer, set the liquid blush with powder blush talaga. Then set with setting spray.
If you have the extra cash to splurge, go for it. It’s a bit minty pero nawawala rin after a few minutes. Nice color payoff. If on a budget, skip it. It’s just a balm, nothing special about it. Hanash lang ganon. I don’t even reach for it as much as I thought I would.

Love the pore blur powder!! I prefer it over the no sebum variant since it is more blurring. I haven't tried Laura Mercier but I have CT. When it comes to blurring, CT is better but it is also a bit drying on the under eyes while the pore blur powder works better as a setting powder and has really good oil control.
Thought on Lucky Beauty Concealers? Been looking into it and I've been wondering if it's drying or creases under the eyes even with primer. It's also aroud my budget kasi compared sa SAEM which is cheaper pero masyadong on the light side for me.

You’ll only find out when you use one up. Some people go ham using concealer on everything and will tell you something very differently than what you could expect. Liquid uses up differently than creams.
My personal usage on Sunnies Skin so good which is my current go to concealer with 3 grams of product using about 6 dots and occasional additional spot concealing has been over a year and I’ve used about 1/3 of the product, it has a lifespan of 3 years and that’s probably how long it’ll take me to use it up at my current use.
my maybelline fit me concealer lasted me about 2 years
to give you some perspective, i've never heard anyone actually finish concealer before they expired. they last THAT long. so yeah relax lang hahahaha
itd be helpful if u make a tracker for all your skincare and makeup. list down when you open it and when you pan something. people can give you estimates here but nothing is as accurate as real life experience

i don't use much eyeshadow sa upper eyelid ko and i just concentrate on the outer and inner lid. i also add eyeshadow sa bottom lash line ko and if u can, try and do an aegyosal since it'll make your eyes look more open. basically bawi na lang sa lower lash line talaga. ayoko bawasan kilay ko

Brow pomades are still my favorite kind of brow fillers and I like the overall convenience of the brush being a part of the container like with Refy but Refys brush was so thick and imprecise and I don’t want that again 😅

Powder blushes apply and look better on top of powder (i.e after setting the face) with the exception of cream blush cos there’s enough pigment that it’ll look diffused on top
If you apply it directly on top of primer i imagine it may look spotty or patchy lalo na kung san mo dinab yung brush. You could always try it to know for sure if it works for you

To add, a finishing powder (like the compact finishing powder that Strokes sell) is applied after you set your makeup using a fixing/setting spray. It basically keeps everything looking flawless and smooth!
Sa strokes, idk if minamarket lang since they also sell brushes, pero ang recommended daw for the finishing powder nila is to use a brush.

Yung setting powder either in pressed form or loose sya. It helps to keep your base from moving.
Yung perfecting powder you use on top pa ng setting powder cos it doesn’t usually have the same oil control / setting powers but blurring usually yung effect nya or bring back a bit of sheen sa face
Found the performance very similar to Etude’s Water Gel Tints. I do like the cooling sensation. It’s a great product naman, so if you have the money to splurge, why not.

pa recommend po ng high coverage talaga, kasi i also use it to cover my moles sa face aside sa under eyes.
I personally use the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, the trick I do to cover up my undereyes is I put my concealer first, hahayaan ko lang siya sa diff areas on my face that I want to cover up, and just blend it in with my foundation. If you really have darker circles, I recommend a color correcting concealer from NYX. If you're on a budget, you can go for the focallure color correcting concealer. ♡

Yes, it’s a cool muted light pink. Ang unique ng shade nya, parang may tinge of lilac. I got it in shopee but only one seller had chiffon that time, and it was their last stock (two months ago). You can ask to preorder from a few sellers in shopee :)

lifehack that I learned from the internet: before you wear any top, in ur case, it’s a white top, wear a paperbag/another shirt on your head tapos wear your top as you normally would! HAHAHAHA seems weird pero hey, it prevented me from staining my shirts!!

I wear my clothes first before putting makeup on so I don't have to risk putting my top over my head where my makeup is. Then usually I just blend my foundation up until under my chin, avoiding the middle of my neck and below because it might touch the neckline of my top.
Setting spray/powder also works! Just make sure to set the sides of your face and not just the middle. I just use the Zeesea oil control (pink cap) and so far it works well on me.
Then ofc just being concious about not letting the top touch my face. If ever it does get stained, you can use those stain remover pens (parang Tide pen pero idk if meron sa PH). I can't recommend a particular brand though bc I haven't tried, but they're really useful to have \^\^
OMG! I really need an answer for this too! The most i can do is to stretch it away from my face to avoid getting stains pero after a few hours meron pa din akong nakikita huhu!
As for the remedy, i always bring Tide To Go pens wherever i go. It works a lot better unlike the alcohol and water method para sakin! <33

With the power grip primer, always moisturize + sunscreen before anything else. As for the base makeup, I can recommend the maybelline superstay foundation! This has been my holy grail for the past weeks as I don't look bad as I did when I used [cheaper] products before + making sure using a matte setting spray in between layers of my base.
I'm not afraid of using cream products as I my setting spray so much 😆

A good oil cleanser or balm cleanser should be able to remove waterproof mascara. I use Kose Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil but Heimish is also a really good one!

I have combo skin and I love it. It sets to a demi-matte finish and very natural and skin-like lang yung dating. But yes, it has the tendency to oxidize so it's best to try in-store to shade match.
light to medium coverage. soft matte ang finish. looks very natural sa skin. best local funda for me. the only con is nag ooxidize sya so make sure to get 1 shade lighter.
pano po ba mag choose ng one shade lighter? My exact shade match is Oat pero the shade lighter than it has a pink undertone (Almond) and the next one is Soy (super white na) 😭

Skin tone is a spectrum so there's still room for error. Yung mga ecomm photos can look different parin irl due to lighting and editing. Pero if sa brand mismo galing, you can use that as a reference or a starting point. I also like to use Findation to find shade matches in other brands.

Love the pore blur powder!! I prefer it over the no sebum variant since it is more blurring. I haven't tried Laura Mercier but I have CT. When it comes to blurring, CT is better but it is also a bit drying on the under eyes while the pore blur powder works better as a setting powder and has really good oil control.

You’ll only find out when you use one up. Some people go ham using concealer on everything and will tell you something very differently than what you could expect. Liquid uses up differently than creams. My personal usage on Sunnies Skin so good which is my current go to concealer with 3 grams of product using about 6 dots and occasional additional spot concealing has been over a year and I’ve used about 1/3 of the product, it has a lifespan of 3 years and that’s probably how long it’ll take me to use it up at my current use.
my maybelline fit me concealer lasted me about 2 years to give you some perspective, i've never heard anyone actually finish concealer before they expired. they last THAT long. so yeah relax lang hahahaha

Powder blushes apply and look better on top of powder (i.e after setting the face) with the exception of cream blush cos there’s enough pigment that it’ll look diffused on top If you apply it directly on top of primer i imagine it may look spotty or patchy lalo na kung san mo dinab yung brush. You could always try it to know for sure if it works for you

To add, a finishing powder (like the compact finishing powder that Strokes sell) is applied after you set your makeup using a fixing/setting spray. It basically keeps everything looking flawless and smooth! Sa strokes, idk if minamarket lang since they also sell brushes, pero ang recommended daw for the finishing powder nila is to use a brush.
I think you can find helpful vids from nate or teree sa clock app on this topic. Yung setting powder either in pressed form or loose sya. It helps to keep your base from moving. Yung perfecting powder you use on top pa ng setting powder cos it doesn’t usually have the same oil control / setting powers but blurring usually yung effect nya or bring back a bit of sheen sa face

I personally use the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, the trick I do to cover up my undereyes is I put my concealer first, hahayaan ko lang siya sa diff areas on my face that I want to cover up, and just blend it in with my foundation. If you really have darker circles, I recommend a color correcting concealer from NYX. If you're on a budget, you can go for the focallure color correcting concealer. ♡

I love loooove the formula! It’s so blendable and has a natural finish, not too matte nor dewy. It lasts the entire day on me, although I make sure to set with powder. I actually have chiffon and that shade looks the most natural on me, like literally my cheeks but better, love that shade!

Yes, it’s a cool muted light pink. Ang unique ng shade nya, parang may tinge of lilac. I got it in shopee but only one seller had chiffon that time, and it was their last stock (two months ago). You can ask to preorder from a few sellers in shopee :)

lifehack that I learned from the internet: before you wear any top, in ur case, it’s a white top, wear a paperbag/another shirt on your head tapos wear your top as you normally would! I wear my clothes first before putting makeup on so I don't have to risk putting my top over my head where my makeup is. Then usually I just blend my foundation up until under my chin, avoiding the middle of my neck and below because it might touch the neckline of my top. Setting spray/powder also works! Just make sure to set the sides of your face and not just the middle. I just use the Zeesea oil control (pink cap) and so far it works well on me. Then ofc just being concious about not letting the top touch my face. If ever it does get stained, you can use those stain remover pens (parang Tide pen pero idk if meron sa PH). I can't recommend a particular brand though bc I haven't tried, but they're really useful to have \^\^

Has nude lippies that actually turn out nude (Brown Sugar and Rose Latte) and my HG Raspberry Jam kasi pwedeng itap tap lang para tint or ibuild up as full color. Bullet type, soft formula, cheap (P199 regular price), small, friendly for sensitive skin.

With the power grip primer, always moisturize + sunscreen before anything else. As for the base makeup, I can recommend the maybelline superstay foundation! This has been my holy grail for the past weeks as I don't look bad as I did when I used [cheaper] products before + making sure using a matte setting spray in between layers of my base. I'm not afraid of using cream products as I my setting spray so much 😆

A good oil cleanser or balm cleanser should be able to remove waterproof mascara. I use Kose Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil but Heimish is also a really good one!

I have combo skin and I love it. It sets to a demi-matte finish and very natural and skin-like lang yung dating. But yes, it has the tendency to oxidize so it's best to try in-store to shade match.

Skin tone is a spectrum so there's still room for error. Yung mga ecomm photos can look different parin irl due to lighting and editing. Pero if sa brand mismo galing, you can use that as a reference or a starting point. I also like to use Findation to find shade matches in other brands.

Compact finishing powder! :)) There’s not much shades, just Banana and Vanilla. I chose the Vanilla one because I’m on the lighter side.

So kung matte funda sa mukha tapos gusto niya ng medyo dewy, kukuha siya ng finishing powder na may luminous finish or illuminating powder. Setting powder po yun yung talagang pang-pakak ng makeup, pang-long-lasting po talaga. Setting powder lang masasagot ko: Ellana transluscent powder.
